In this first episode of series 6, Nicholas McKie speaks to Chandini Misra who is the Head of Senior School at Repton School Al Barsha, Dubai. Chandini read Chemistry at Keble College, University of Oxford before venturing into a career in broadcast journalism at BBC News 24 and later teaching. Her leadership experience began in inner city contexts in the UK and later incorporated the competitive international school landscape of Dubai. This episode explores the journey of a new Head growing into their role with humility and integrity at the heart of their leadership philosophy.
