In this episode, Director of Persyou, Nicholas McKie talks to Irfan Latif, the Principal of DLD College London which was recently named UK ‘Boarding School of the Year 2020’. Irfan has been the Chairman of the UK State Boarding Schools Forum, the Vice Chair of the Boarding Schools Association (BSA) and is currently it’s London Chair. He also sits on the Executive Committee of the BSA as the Inclusion and Diversity representative and is the co-founder of the International School Consultancy’s Inclusion and Diversity Group. He regularly lectures at the Royal Institution of Great Britain, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
