In this episode, we talk to Professor Felix Riede, Head of Department and Professor of Archeology at Aarhus University in Denmark. Felix grew up in Germany, completed his PhD in the UK and has worked in the UK and now Denmark for over ten years. He leads international research projects including an ERC Consolidator Grant, Computational approaches to Final Palaeolithic/earliest Mesolithic archaeology and climate change. We talk to Felix about studying, living and working in different cultures within Europe as well as the challenges and responsibility of leading international research projects from the perspective of diversity and inclusion.
