A civil engineer and expert in water resource management, Patrick has over 20 years experience of in a broad range of issues around water, and its use in improving human wellbeing.

In our conversation, Patrick gives an honest and much-needed commentary on the reality of meeting the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, including access to all water and sanitation.
