This week I'm taking a slightly different route with the podcast as I share the news of the birth of my second child, Oliver John Osgathorp, who was born on 4th February 2021.
You can't really have a more life changing moment than the birth of a child and the last few weeks have been incredible for me and just made me re-assess what I want from life and WHY I do what I do.
Ultimately it all comes down to purpose and I think that anyone who wants a high performance life, needs to align their thoughts and beliefs to a strong purpose. My family is mine.
