Hi, it's Caroline Star Walred. I am so happy as a homeopath to bring you a proving on what it's like for people who take and ingest canola oil on a regular basis, and that's what a homeopathic proving does. But before we start, I have a couple stories. About 20 years ago, a friend of mine who is also a homeopath actually was in a clinic with a naturopath. And at that time, autism was not highlight in the media. It was more of ADHD and ADD. And at that time, many, many of these children and young adults came to the clinic, to her clinic, his clinic, and the naturopath always did testing, allergy testing, first of all. And in there was also the panel for oils, and canola oil was one of those tested. And what came back is that every single person that had this testing done for AD, HD, and ADD was allergic to canola oil. And once the children were taken off of canola oil, the ADD disappeared without medication. It was amazing. That was a lesson for me. I started looking at the ingredients in my food and decided maybe I don't want to eat this. That was good enough for me, and that was 20 years ago. So I've always been watching the ingredient lists and reading them and making sure that I use canola oil. And that I have a second story. When I was in Cincinnati, I lived there for a while. I noticed that the fields, the yellow fields, there was a lot of fields of canola, or at that time it was called rapeseed oil. And in asking about it why that was so plentiful is that the insects didn't eat it, and so it had a very low overhead, not much insecticide, that's what I was told, needed to be a part of the farming, and they could uh harvest it, and it was relatively very, very inexpensive, but the insects wouldn't eat it. Well, why would I eat something the insects won't eat what's in it? Well, it's turned out it is poisonous to the insects. So I'm giving you those two stories as a starter. So I'm going to start back. Let's talk about the definition of a canola oil. And this is from the Wikipedia and the free encyclopedia, and it says rapeseed, which is brassica. It's that's the plants, it's brassica, is also known as rape oil seed. It's a bright yellow flowering member of the family, brassicaceae. Hope I said that right. Now, the mustard or cabbage family, which it's a part of, is cultivated mainly for its oil-rich seed. And today it's the third largest source of vegetable oil in the world, and I bet it's probably the number one in America. I don't know why, but it's everywhere. Now, canola oil comes from the rapeseed, which is part of the mustard family, as we mentioned, but rape is the most toxic of all food oil plants, and the oil from the rapeseed is a hundred times more toxic than the soy oil. Now, why are we eating this? Why is it in our food? Well, I'm sure it's because it's very, very inexpensive. Today I'm going to be sharing the homeopathic proving of brassica. And a homeopathic proving is when a group of people take the homeopathic potency of brassica or canola, and it, and they take not knowing what it is. And then they develop short-term symptoms, and there's changes, and they note their changes, and it's collected in a in material and it's all recorded. Come this information I'm going to give you comes from Jeremy Shearer's book, Dynamic Provings, Volume 2. Please look at my library. There is a written copy of this. So if you want to go back and take a look at it and read it more thoroughly, please do. But I'm going to read right now some of the symptoms that majority of provers felt. And then, of course, it dissipates in approving, but this is how they felt taking brassica, rapeseed, canola. Feeling powerless to change anything, feeling unattractive. They started to feel low and never felt loved. They felt like they didn't have any imagination, and many decided they wanted rather stay in bed or at home than go out and be in public. They felt like they had no imagination. It's almost like their brain was shut down. They felt robotic, like under superhuman control, and they felt like they were within this magnetic force. That is strange, isn't it? But they seemed to many of them felt like they were within a structure of something. And they felt they wanted to rise out of this monotony, but they didn't have any energy to do so. They felt very spaced out, many of them. There was a feeling of separation from others. They didn't all some of them didn't feel like they were in contact with the ground. They felt like they had a lack of thoughts. Maybe that goes along with a feeling of no imagination. Feeling sad and unable to curr to change the situation they're in. So they know that they felt this way, but they didn't know what or how they felt like locked into this situation. There was a struggle with individuality. And they wanted to be left alone. That happened a lot. They just wanted to be more isolated. They felt lonely and anxious and joyless, subdued, despondent, resigned. Many of them use different words for the same thing, as you can see. Feeling like there's no fire to go to or be run away from yet, anxious and pessimistic, and they felt they had no purpose. And this is just a number of them. I isolated that seem to be repeated over and over again. Feeling lonely, feeling depressed. What are we eating? That's a question for you. Now I'm going to give you a 30-day challenge. I think the 30-day challenge is I don't think you need that, but let's do 30. For 30 days, do not eat anything with canola oil in it. And for 30 days, as you're done, see how you feel. And then eat a day's worth of canola oil and see how you feel. And maybe all of these provings are correct. But whatever you need to do, just go to the grocery store and buy a different oil. And I know your health is going to be better. And maybe this is why you may be feeling a little depressed. So here's to you, here's to your health, and thank you so much for letting me participate in your health.
