Good morning. It's Caroline. So happy you joined me. This is Morning with Caroline, and I hope you have a cup of coffee or tea or water. I don't care what time it is. And also get a mirror. Now, why do you want a mirror? Because you're gonna look at your face. And why are you gonna look at your face? It's because we're gonna talk about face reading. And I love Lillian Gardener, now Lillian Bridges, and I put her book in the bottom, the explanation part, so you can order it on Amazon if you'd like. But face reading was really my favorite subject. And when I was in college, there's a couple extra courses I took, and I took it twice because I loved it so much. And of course, Lillian talked to us about health and how to read health in the face, which you can do, and I'm sure it's in her book. Well, we're not going to talk about health today. We're going to talk about proportions of the face itself and what that means. So if you have a high forehead, then and that goes that's prominent versus the middle of the face versus the bottom, they all have separate meanings. So the larger, the more emphasis on that space, the less, the less emphasis on that space. So the spaces are this way. You take your finger, um, your forefinger, and you go and you measure, you know, with a ruler if you want to, but from the top of your forehead to the top of your eyebrows. And that is one area we'll call the mental area. Then you take below the arch of the eyebrow to the bottom of the nose, and that's another space, and we call that more of the practical space. And then if you go from the bottom of the nose to the bottom of the chin, that's the emotional space. And you know, I sort of after I took our course, I went, wow, look at those actors. So many of them had very large areas from the emotional space from the bottom of the nose to the bottom of the chin. For myself, I'm more practical. I'm pretty even, almost all of us are pretty even, but it's every now and then you get this wow, look at that face. And you're not quite sure what it is about it, but now you know it's a certain area of the brain that they express and communicate themselves with others through. So let me go through that. Mine, for example, as I was starting to say, is more the practicality. I will probably make lists. I won't go out and just go to one place and come back and then a couple hours go out. I really want to make my trips count. And I take a look at the area, and I actually I think a lot of us do do that, but I'm a little bit more practical. I'm also a saver, so I always have a couple extra on hand. And the practicality of my purchases and the practicality of my time is important to me. More than maybe the emotional, my emotional is pretty good, or my mental, and my mental is pretty good. And you'll see that in your face when you look in the mirror, you're going to see that you're pretty darn even. There's always a difference, there's always a little bit of a difference. Now, if you're a mental and it's larger in that area, what you'll do is speak with a person when you see them is thinking, Well, I think you're right. Well, let me think about that. Because that's how they will use that. They're thinkers, they they that's really a perfect place for them to communicate with you through because you just speak their language. Oh, you think too. That's very awesome and it's subconscious, but it does work. I've used it many times. When I remember it, if I don't measure people's foreheads and I don't go and get a measuring tape out, but if it's prominent, I see it. I know it's important. Now, the middle area from under the eyebrow to under the nose is the more of the practical one, makes sense. Yeah, well, it makes sense, and let me plan and let me think this through. Not well, you can use the word think, but basically they're they're going to combine the emotional with the mental. And they're going to be more practical about everything. The emotional part, of course, is from under again under the nose to the tip of the chin. Oh my gosh, this is so much fun. But they are they feel, they they feel everything. And so if you saw that and it was prominent, I how do you feel? Well, I feel this, or I can use the word feel, or something with emotions. They it now we're not being anything but honest with them because you know what they that what how they communicate, and all it is is if you choose to do this, is to make a bridge for communication because it kind of opens the door. It really opens the door. Somebody talks something about practicality to me. I listen a little more intently than I than the emotions, although I do listen to that, or I think I'm going, wow, that's pretty laborious for me. I think, oh yes, I can do that. Believe me, I can do that, but so can you. This is a lot of fun. And it's just a short lesson in face reading for you today. So get your mirror out, take a look at where your prominence is, maybe a ruler if you need to, but I doubt it. Listen, guys, have a great day and pay attention to your faces today as you go through your day. All right. Wish you well always.
