Hi, good morning, good afternoon. Thank you very much for joining me. I appreciate you being here a lot. I feel like I have something I want to share with you after so many years in my profession, which is a classical homeopathic PhD. In homeopathy, we always are looking at the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of what stops us from being free to being healthy. You know, uh think often of what are the requirements of life. To have, say something's living, there are requirements. And one of them is movement. We have to move. I mean, if we sit in a bed and never move, I mean, never ever move, uh, we're declining very quickly. And we also have to be able to respond to stimuli. That means when something happens to us or we perceive something happening to us, we have to have movement. We have to respond. And unfortunately, with shock and trauma in the body, we respond in a way maybe we don't really want to respond, and that's pretty big part of stagnation. I'm going to give you an idea and a visualization, please, if you can visualize this. I want you to visualize a free-flowing, beautiful stream. It has reflects the light, it may go over some rocks, and yet it's going at a nice clip. You enjoy sitting by it. It's lovely. But actually, in this visualization, you and your life force is the stream of water and it's moving, it's moving quickly, brightly, and it's adapting to its environment. But when we have shock, hopefully not too early in life, but when we feel like we might have almost died or we have extremely shocking bad news, maybe it's an out-of-nowhere death of someone we care about. It's a shock, and the body actually goes into shock at many levels. And it not only affects our circulation, it affects every part of our cells, our brain, and the body is kind of put on hold. In fact, at that moment, it's it's difficult to think, isn't it? And if you can recall something for yourself where you may have been, maybe it was a car accident, or maybe it was somebody coming in out of nowhere or pushing you that you fell and you didn't think that you were ever going to get up again. It doesn't matter what the shock is. We're not doing a comparison with anybody else except with your own self. That difficulty to think puts us in a shock state of body, mind, and spirit. Now, how do I know that? Well, it's because when we go back, first thing I will say, did you ever feel like you were going to lose your life? And a lot of times people have to think back and eventually by the end of the session, the subconscious brings it up. But sometimes it does not. So how do we look for it? And what do we do about it? All of us having shock, maybe too many shocks. I can't imagine, can't imagine. I'm glad I don't have to go in the service. I'm glad I don't have to fight a war, as you can as you can see why I might feel that way. But a shock can be an accident, it can be a friend, it can be losing a job out of nowhere. It can be something on TV as a child. There's a lot of children who do not like TV because up until a certain age they think it's reality. So be careful with the children. There's fear usually as some part of that. In fact, that is what's happened to us with the pandemic. The fear that it actually neutralizes us. But maybe it came out of nowhere. We didn't hear it, and all of a sudden people might have been passing away. We didn't know for all kinds of reasons. But can we get over it? I want you to also think of your free flowing stream, and what happens is a boulder out of nowhere is the trauma, and it goes in the middle of that life force. It actually will slow down or stop that life force. Hopefully, people do die from shock. It is stopping your free flowing stream of water, the creative vitality of what you could have and what I could have. The water gets the boulder and then it starts moving around it. It adapts. It adapts to that stimuli. It hit the boulder and moves around it. But it takes energy, doesn't it? And all of a sudden new symptoms develop and you start having a wider and wider girth around that boulder just to compensate for your lack of energy. Sometimes we're really, really, really exhausted. It can be from a lot of reasons, but I find most often there is shock involved. I want to tell you a story about a client that just came to mind when I was in California. There was um I I went back through the history and the person was very afraid, didn't seem very responsive to the questions, took her time, which is okay. I said, Have you ever been in an accident or have you almost lost your life? Oh, she said, Yes, I don't remember it, but I was a child in a car seat, and I was pretty rough. I was in the hospital for a while, but I I really don't remember it. And I thought for sure of a homeopathic remedy that's meant for shock out of nowhere, out of the blue, and a fear of death. And at some level that child had it. Giving her the remedy in the chair that quickly, that quickly is that completely started to soften her. Her shoulders started to relax. She kind of stretched her legs and she looked at me with the eyes and she said, Oh, what happened? I feel so different, I feel so much better. I'm seeing things in the room I hadn't even noticed before. Well, that's what shock does, it paralyzes us. And even at any age, it is worth exploring with a professional homeopath what some of those remedies might be, because there are a number of them. How do we get over it? Yeah, that's a really good question, isn't it? So in picturing the the stream and the water, what we want to do is match the frequency, the goal as a homeopathy, we're matching the frequency of where is the real problem that stopped them from going forward or any of us going forward. And if you sit back and put your arms out and have a quiet spot if you're lucky enough, and just to ask, you know, I'm a big ask, just ask and show me. What is it that I need to work on and forgive? Or what do I need to do to tell my just soften? I believe through prayer and your own self-talk, you can do miraculous things because guess what? They're all frequencies. You can sing. I think singers, I work with a lot of people who in choirs, and they seem to be very healthy. There's something about the voice and the harmonic can actually begin a healing or using the voice and singing. Movement can do that, and movement to music and free-flowing movement. There's lots of ways to start your healing path that don't involve medications. Because medications don't get rid of the polder. No, it's a frequency that does that. So getting back to homeopathy, what a homeopath does is it asks when you began having new symptoms, like you're doing fine, the stream is going fine, then all of a sudden you had to react to a stimuli. You didn't move it out of its way. No, you didn't. You went around it probably for years. It's a lot, over 3,000 remedies. You have to know what you're doing, but you're trying to match it. You get the right frequency matching the person's symptoms, and you know what? The boulder goes away. It's like in Star Wars. You push the like it's like shooting skiete. Have you ever done that? It takes, you've got to figure it out, and you blast it, and it's energy and it disappears. Now, isn't that interesting? I've watched it happen over and over again. I have another story for you. This one is not about shock, but it's about what I'm talking about with frequency matching frequency. There is a woman who came to see me because she was about to have surgery. It was uterine surgery. She had been bleeding for many, many, many months, and I think that's a long time, but they decided to have a removal of her female organs. Someone has suggested she come to see me just before that. And she had surgery set up for the very, I don't know, five, six, seven days away. I had just been, believe this or not, I know this sounds really hokey, but I had just been to a remedy seminar on bird remedies. They take feathers and they make it into homeopathic frequency because every bird has its own frequency. In fact, we have books that tell us if you were to match a bird frequency, what bird would it be? And it's kind of involved. But the bottom line is that this woman had talked about a bird I had studied that weekend. And there were quite a few birds, so I didn't know which one, and I had the remedies with me. But she was wearing this blue faded shirt, like silky kind, and these jeans that were really faded, and her hair was kind of a mess. She had really pretty red hair, long. I remember that, but it was it was a little unkept, and her skin didn't look all that great. And I'm sure if you've been bleeding for a long time, your skin would look great either. But the point is, is this is a this was indication of a certain kind of frequency that this particular bird had. And I asked her, and then she's listen to this one. Then she's taking her fingers like a claw when she's talking, and she talks about leaving the nest. So I mean, really, I didn't have to do too much work. It was pretty easy. And I had just been to the seminar. Believe me, I had just been to the seminar. I asked her what kind of bird she would be, and she said a macaw. And of course, that's exactly the bird who wears blue and blue and red. And she liked to talk. She talked a lot. There's a lot to it. And there were other issues. Female, it's a big female issue. And so she took a very low potency. She she took what I had with me, and she called me the next day and she said my bleeding stopped. Well, you know what? You may go, yeah, well, I'm the one that's on the floor going, you've got to be kidding me. I'm still in amazement because when you match the frequency, not you, but I think a professional homeopath at that point matches the frequency, brings that person back into balance by reducing the stress that has been created around everything. So let's talk about that frequency because I believe again that those frequencies can be brought to you, or you have thought of them, or do you find yourself humming a tune because you've decided you want something new? You've actually risen above it. We kind of talk about observation. So, how do you get rid of a boulder when you've been roaning around it forever? I mean your stream has been compromised forever, and you go, This is normal. Isn't I may have had 40-year-olds come in and say, Well, shouldn't I have this? Because I'm getting old. We have been programmed. If you're 40, then you should have these problems. No, it's different. We're not used to it. We don't see the boulder, we're going around it and we're creating new symptoms and we don't feel well. One of the things to remember when we're working with shock is how you react to the shock is going to be different from other people. We work in an individualized frequency. You have to sing your own note. And the biggest start right there, if you don't want to go to a homeopath, the biggest thing that you can't talk about it doesn't work. Talking does not reach that kind of trauma in the cells, it just doesn't. They proved it. Singing, dancing, meditating, visualization, all of them get you where you want to go. Because if your goal is to get rid of that shock and you know what it is, you need to work with yourself and anybody else you trust as a professional. And just get rid of it because that stream is beautiful. You are you you will be so happy. You'll start feeling your creativity, you'll start be feeling alive again, and you will want, want to study more about it. I bet you would like to hear about what happened. I know you do. The client who came in and was given a bird remedy that her bleeding did stop and she did have her surgery canceled. I've spoken to her probably, I don't know, up to about six, nine months later, and she probably had a remedy again and did really, really well. Best part about it is when she came back that next week, she still had on red and blue, but her red silk shirt was kind of waving when she moved in the arms and it was light, and her pants were gorgeous blue. I think she bought new ones. And her hair, how did it get so beautiful so fast? It was shiny and her stream was flowing. And all because it matched her frequency, regardless of what it is. Like I say, you need a homeopather for the you know, for your long-term work. At the same time, homeopathy can work very quickly when you get the right frequency. And over the counter, you have a lot of shock remedies. So if you ever wanted to look them up, you can start with things like Aconite and Arnica. They're all available at this moment. But I want to wish you so many blessings. You know, you have a brilliant stream. I have a brilliant stream. I'm working on making sure it flows and it's full of life and it, you know, when those bumps come along in the stream, or maybe little boulders of other people's kind of get in your way. You know, may you just respond like a beautiful living organism and you respond to the stimuli and you keep moving. So may all of God's blessings be yours today. That's what I wish for you. Thank you so much for joining me.
