Good morning, good afternoon. It's Caroline Walred with Morning with Caroline. I went to the shelf the other day of my bookshelf and took out the book The Secret of L-I-G-H-T Secret of Light by Walter Russell. What a book. It's so complicated. I've been spending a couple weeks trying to figure out how to tell you about this because it's incredibly important. Because he says right off the bat, God is light. When I look at people who I call angels and I've seen them, they have light, white light coming from them that you can't help but miss they glow. And I'm going, what is this about these beautiful people I've had in my life? I always want to be like them. And yet this light, I believe, is in with each one of us. Dr. Russell says the following things for us to ponder. Light cannot be seen, it can only be known. Well, isn't that fascinating? Because I think I see light. It's white out there, isn't it? But basically we're looking at the reflection of objects. He says light is still, and this is the reason. It's not moving. Our senses cannot respond to stillness. There can must be motion. And that's how we sense thing. Our senses only respond to motion, from the fragrance of a rose to the meal in an oven, or to a sound and music. It's not God. That's not God. That's a beautiful piece of God, but it's not God. He says we see light on a pond reflecting, yet it is the energy of the pond light movement, which disperses the light to our eye. It is was always still and always there, and the water made it seem as if it were moving. In John from the Bible, John 1 5, he says God is light. There's so many references to how God is light in the Bible, and probably in other books as well that I don't know about. In Ezekiel 37 14, it said, I will put my spirit in you and you will live. What a statement that light could be God inside of us. It says, I will put my spirit in you and you will live. From a piece about Northwestern University, the scientists captured a flash of light that sparks when a sperm meets an egg. In fact, it was the first time in human egg was 2014 and then repeated again in 2016. And that light in the fertilization process lasted for almost two hours. He says there are but two conditions in matter, either expanding from stillness or contracting towards stillness. The wave field of two waves from God is the universe of one thing. All matter, which is electrically separated from the oneness, it seeks. This is a fundamental principle and underlying desire of all creation, he said, and in this wave lies the secret of creation. The fact is that there is two way continuous universe of balance within the still light. Behold in me the one light which from a seemingly two lights appear as pairs of rhythmically interchanging opposites. These are my light messengers. These are my workers which build by imaged form and give them back to me devoid of form. The two equal halves are one, I hope you're following me. It's a little you have to be able to visualize God sending out a still, still light, sending out two waves. And these waves are rhythmically balanced and interchanged and opposite. So one goes up and down, the other one goes down and up, and they interchange at a point at the light. The two equal halves are one. They never can be one, though. They are forever interchanging to simulate a balanced unity, which they never find, for they never can be aught but two. Now how can two opposite people find God in a balance? Fascinating subject. The voice within the silent voice within every man is ceaselessly whispering to his awakening consciousness. The silent voice within every man is always whispering to him and every desire written upon the heart of man is carried to the source or light of God, and its answer will come but few when asked to hear, and fewer to hear God's response to the request. So this is happening, he says, but nobody pays attention. Nobody hears it. Nobody's still enough to hear it. I'll go on. Man is light when he knoweth that he is light. Once you understand that you're filled with God's light, then you are full of light. Just the acknowledgement of it. Man is forever finding that light and is being forever transformed by it. And as he finds, it gradually finds the self of him which is the light. So in the up and down, the negative, the positive, we come to those center point of understanding, yes, I am God's light. So you can always focus on it. Always focus on God by being still. I keep saying that I'm going ahead, but it is about stillness in yourself to hear God. And to fear God, I'm going forward here is about the balance of things that we learn to do, the balance between two opposing viewpoints. I mean we have conflict within ourselves at all times. In the journey of body to light, one must begin to look for the light within by being still. I'm quoting now the accent of man from the dark to the light is the forever repetitive palli of many on the planets of the sun. He even says, which interesting enough, he says when all mankind has found the light, the play will be finished. God sends out two messages opposite of each other to find the balance. To listen to the stillness of God allows one to leave the darkness and find the light. The waves intersect. Now this is my opinion, I believe we have a choice to listen to the voice of God, an insight, an instinct to bring the darkness into balance. The darkness then has the opportunity to accept the light within. And it is this motion we accept with each experience to learn to be of source and to be with source. God sent sends out two messages opposite of each other for man to find the balance. To listen to the stillness of God, he says, allows one to leave the darkness and find the light. The waves intersect. He said, I believe we have a choice to listen to the voice of God, an insight and instinct to bring the darkness into balance. The darkness then has the opportunity to accept the light within. It is this motion we accept with each experience to learn to be with source. Every time we try something new, we have the opportunity, this is me to be with source. And we stay stagnant and there's no growth. It's me, I'm saying that. So the play. Experiences are a part of man's journey from the dark to the light, therefore all experiences are good experiences, he says. God sends messages through the still light. So how do we find that light within us? We can say, Oh, I know we have that light in us, but to feel that light within us, to hear the light within us, to hear God is such an incredible situation because we're so busy. This is me. We're so busy. We're busy with our mind, we're busy with doing, we're busy even with our new experiences. So what doesn't it take? Well, he says the desire is the cause of all motion. Desire is not in the brain. It is a sense centering of the conscious self. I consciously need to quiet. I consciously need to be still. I consciously need not to listen to anything and find that part of stillness. Now I say that, you know, don't we see that with meditation? You know, there's different kinds of meditation, but prayer, prayer we're always conscious of asking for something and doing something, but where are we hearing it? Where are we hearing what God asks us to do to get where we pray for? Do we have to do anything at all? Well, God has some of that information. The all knowing is in that stillness. So he continues to say inspiration of man is accomplished accompanied by intense mental ecstasy, which is characteristic of all who become intensely conscious of their closeness to God. Once you find God within and will see the light within you and listen to the light, this is me, he's saying then that there's ecstasy. Language of light when we hear them is an inspiration. And to create, we must not think. When we create, we do so as a co-creator of God. To think is to create, but to create with light, to be still with God's light, not in thought, not in motion, but still he says nature helps. Being in the moment is training, it is the stillness or rest. Inside is of God, whatever man desires, the God in him will create. Man, however, must co-create with God's universal law. So now there's another contingency. What is the universal law of creation? Russell says the author, in one fundamental universal law lies the balanced continuity of all creative expression in God's electrical wave universe of two conditioned lights seemingly in motion, which record God's one whole idea of creation into contless seemingly. I may have to reread this for you. It's a little bit heavy for me. Intricate separate parts of the whole idea. He says, like waves extending from the sea, choice where they always connect. But I want to just say this in my own words of what I've got. Maybe you have a different visualization, but it seems to me that we have our polarity of opposites. And in that light wave, there's a wave that you have the positive and the negative. I'm sure people might have some other theory, but this is what I'm gathering from the book. And so in all new experiences, we also have polarity: the bad and the good, the new, the different, the things we learn. But where do we get information about how to proceed from God within us? In that light within us is where we meet, where those contrasts, the upper and lower, meet. And that can only be when we're still. I tried this once. I'm going to share with you what I did. When I read this, I put my hands out, and is that still, you know, for me that's quite a challenge because my mind does work on a lot of levels differently. And I have to be really quiet and I just stayed in the moment. I didn't even listen to the birds outside. I just felt my breath. And when the breath went out, and when I breath came in and I stayed there, it's all of a sudden I had information that I didn't even know I needed. And if that's ecstasy, it's exactly what I decided to do. Is I wanted to write to you about this. I got so excited. This is a really important topic to to actually think about. Come up with your own conclusions. This is uh the secret of light by Walter Russell. It's not a law. Now, the creating of is of God. So in thinking, we can't get there. And the light within, he says, is actually quotes Matthew 5 14, you are the light of the world. And he says God sends messages for the light, awareness of the light, and man will give you all him will give him all knowledge and all power. Man may not be apart from God at any time, nor can any part of the creation be apart from God at any time. All things are one, but made to appear as two extensions of the centered one. So be still as the light and know God. Can you feel it? This is me, I'm asking. Can you feed can you see it? Light awareness of the light in man gives knowledge. Well, I've tried it and I find it pretty astronomical. But I also believe in the light within. I have a couple stories at the very end I want to share with you. In Matthew 5.16, be a light for all to see. In Psalm 18, 28 it says, My darkness into light and light out of darkness. And of course the result of knowing God in Ephesians 3.20, his power within us. I will like to share at the closing how I've many years I've been believing in white light. And the reason why is because I'm fascinated by it. Number one, so of course my attention's drawn to it. But I also have seen the the spectrum, the sunlight, and I've actually taken it and had it potentialized in England. And then the white light are all the colors. But there's an interesting, it's this is from the sun. There can be cosmic, like there's lots of different kinds of light. But this one, when I actually use the white light for myself, I used to think, oh, it'll be all knowing. No, no, no. It stilled me, quieted me, it centered me, loved it. Now, how I've used the light was very apparent to me as I didn't think about it. I was doing something probably in a more stillness space, probably doing the dishes and not thinking about anything. Whatever you do to to be qu still. But my mother had just visited and she was 70 some years old, mid-70s, and she was driving, and she was driving from California to Palm Springs. You know, I always wish her well, and I say please, I hope she's safe. I say the words to God, I say my prayer and words, but out of nowhere, I was I was like a flash of white light came through me and and I visualized, it's how I do it. I visualized white light around my mother. Just incredibly, I just I was like there was no thought. It was an action. I listened, it was almost an instinct. And in the book you can read, there's so much about art and co-creating with God, with art and instinct and where it comes from. This is just the beginning. I think you'll like the book if you don't find this too complicated. So anyway, the um the slider on so when my mother got home, she called me and said, Oh, you'll never believe what happened to me. I said, What, mom? She goes, I there was a a huge semi, and she had a small car. This whole huge semi was coming into my lane and it was like inches, inches from my car, and out of nowhere it swerved back into the lane. And I asked her, What time was that? And it coordinated the time. And from then on, I understand and I believe that that instinct from God that tapped into my light somehow knew what to do. So at night, sometimes when I personally say my prayers, I fall asleep too fast. I've always done that. I ain't such a fast sleeper, but I know a lot of people aren't, but unfortunately I am. And I say that because I don't have time to finish money thoughts at all. And so what I've done in my prayer is I just send white light over my children's homes. Everybody that's in it. I even throw their friends, their par their parents. Anybody who wants to be in that house, they get the white light. And I throw it over my sons, and I throw it over my friends. When they come to mind, I throw white light over them. I I just believe that. I believe it because I've seen it work more than once. And then once you start doing that, you see the white light in your third eye, believe me, you will start seeing the light around the trees, and you'll start seeing light around other things. I would say probably, oh, I don't know, almost 30 years ago. When did the the book The Secret come out? It was a long time ago, but they have a movie, The Secret. I remember hearing, I mean, actually reading, that how you can see the light or the aura is to put your two fingers together in against a blue sky. So I was on a porch and I lifted my fingers and I put them maybe an inch apart. And I looked, and my gosh, all of a sudden I quit trying so hard. And there is probably a quarter of an inch of light around both of my fingers. And once you like acknowledge the light within yourself, which is your fingers, you've got light coming out. We all have this auric field. Then all of a sudden, you understand if you wanted to, you can see light around other things. It's a practice. It's been a long time since I've been doing this. I wish you well. I hope you get the book. If you're interested, if you've gotten this far, you might be. And I've throwing light around this project. I'm throwing light around your computer and your phone and you. Because why not? It's just the best. And you know, I feel really good doing it. So I wish you all the light within you, and may you have an absolutely wonderful day.
