Hi, have you ever heard that walking is so important for your bones? This is Caroline Walred and morning with Caroline. Welcome so much. I love this topic because it's so unique. You may have heard it before because a lot of you are very astute when it comes to a lot of physiology. But let me share this one about bones and piezoelectricity. One of my very favorite authors is Dr. Norman Allen. In his article Beyond Substance on his website, he says bones are crystals. And I'm taking much of his information, and I'd like to at least acknowledge that he is the author of a lot of this work. I just appreciate his whole idea of living crystals, that we actually are living crystals. Now bones are crystals, he says. Piezoelectricity, it's a new word that you will learn. Piezoelectricity is achieved when crystal has been mechanically distorted or changed to receive an electrical response. It was Curie brothers who discovered this, and that was quite a while ago. So they've known that our bodies transmit electrical responses. In bending a crystal, it will bend the whole crystal matrix at precisely positioned atoms. One of the things about crystals is that the all the everything's laid out in perfect order. It has its own way of interlocking the strength of that crystal. But when it's changed, the whole locking system shifts and moves and it actually creates this electricity. When you bend that whole crystal matrix of precisely positioned atoms, Dr. Allen says electricity is then generated, and this is piezoelectricity. What does piezoelectricity have to do with living crystals in our bones? And he also speak on this. He says crystals react to and absorb and translate mechanical forces in electromagnetic field. I am sure that you have experienced being, say, under a cell tower or walking near a generator. Have you not felt it up your up your spine through your bones through your legs? It's not that it just you felt it in your feet and stayed there. No, no, it carried. Your whole body reacted to it. So crystals being the bones are important to know because the bone is a crystal of many crystals. And the bone is actually 60% mineral. Most of bone is calcarea phosphoricum, not just calcium. There's a combination of calcium and phosphorus. 70% of this mineral of bone is crystal. Another part of the mineral is silica, which forms the bottom late matrix so that the calcium phosphate has a home to land in. 70% of this mineral of bone is crystal. And bone is forty percent organic matter, which is then mostly collagen. So the collagen and the crystal work together. The collagen acts as a paracrystalline liquid, he said. The little crystal flakes of bone are arranged in a matrix. The crystals arranged in a matrix. It looks like the overlapping and locking bricks, he says, which are tightly bound by collagen. And collagen is a fibrous protein. And you've heard of people taking bone brothing and also collagen in different forms. What you take is important because you want to make sure it's organic. Dr. Allen continues to say we should expect crystal structures such as bone to display this electromagnetic phenomena, not only receive it but display it. And the different they call appetite chips of bone, the very smallest part of the bone are arranged just so as to create this piezoelectric effect. Electricity is generated by the crystals of bone. And when we move, we change the weight on our bones and we create the piezoelectric energy like currents. And you thought it was just the nerve. It's the bone creates this current. When a crystal is moved through a magnetic field, magnetic changes will be seen in mechanical and electric results. So the crystal influences magnetic fields creating changes. Does bone create our body's vibratory field? Isn't that a great question? Quartz crystal of the earth helps to transmute electrical information as do other earth crystals. Yet the hand he said of the human body, writes Allen can do the same as well. Therapeutic touch, he said, is now not surprisingly effective as the bones of the hand transmit energy. If you put both of your hands facing each other and start by keeping them at shoulder length apart, at one point when your hands get much closer together, you will feel the magnetic energy between them. We are living electric fields and we need our bones to be strong. We need to make sure the mineral content is there. You can also read on my tissue salt on calc, calcarea phosphorus and silica to understand the need for these types of tissue salts free to strengthen the bones. But if you put your hands facing each other at shoulder length and then you bring them closer together, you will feel the magnetic energy between them. And our bones being a conductor of energy may be of importance, he said, when our bodies are in many other types of magnetic fields. And that is one of the reasons the healthier you are, I do believe the more sensitive we become to our magnetic fields around us. And some of us live in a great deal of magnetic fields. So keep those bones up, keep your walking, keep your minerals, maybe some collagen, some silica, calcus, and remember that we're pretty dynamic people. Very dynamic, like you and me. And I wish you a dynamic day. I wish you the benefits of the love of God and your heart be full. All right, take care. Thank you.
