We are so excited to announce our podcast guest of the week, Tracy Lewis!Tracy is a proud resident of Ohio, a dog mama to one spoiled bulldog, and has been married 20 years to her high school sweetheart. She works in the dentistry field, makes lip gloss, and is a recent graduate of Reflexology school. Her journey started in the spring of 2018. At this time, she was overweight because she self-soothed with comfort food. It was her defense mechanism that she believed could combat the heartache of multiple miscarriages. She had not yet learned how to recognize and handle her emotions, which resulted in consistent overeating. She began the No BS Woman's Journey and is well on her way to achieving her goal of losing 100 pounds! WOW! Her journey is forever evolving as she learns to let go of negative self-imagery and better handle her emotions.
