Sarah Wayda is an accomplished Grand Prix rider and head trainer for Hunter Farms in Princeton, NJ. Listen to her story about how she got into the sport and how she developed her love and passion for horses and where that has led her. She explains how important it is to maintain good physical conditioning in the rider and the horse to compete at top levels. She talks about her horse of a lifetime, Faroukh. Being an athlete herself besides riding she also does CrossFit and runs.
