Time and Expertise

As a professional when you get a call to see an animal or human to perform your magic remember that you are being paid for your expertise and not just your time. Sometimes you take longer and sometimes it takes less and that is  always dependant on too many circumstances to list. What do you say to people when they ask how long will the appointment last? People are use to time orientation because most people are paid by the hour so they learn to value time. Time is not your only value. Expertise is why you are called.
