004 - Amanda Stelling - Finding Voice thru Sharing Our Art

Amanda Stelling is a photographer and athlete based out of Ketchum, Idaho.  She reached out to me to share about a traumatic experience she went through during her sophomore year of college, and how a creative project, a photography editorial, helped her process what had happened and find her voice to tell her story.  

And in the sharing of her creative project, she unexpectedly found a community of support in the process. 

Never underestimate the power of art to help heal and bring people together.
