Camping, coastpaths and "microbravery" - Zoe Langley-Wathen
Show Notes

In 2011, Zoe set off to backpack solo along 630 miles of the South West Coast Path. Wild camping solo and wading across rivers terrified her and therefore she had put it off for 15 years. When she finally did it, it changed her life.

Since then she has been long-distance walking every year and last year she started her new venture, HeadRightOut, to encourage resilience in others by stepping outside their comfort zones and facing their fears. She recently set up the HeadRightOut Hub, a safe space for women to support each other in facing their fears without judgment.  She has also recently contributed to the book 'The Biggest Book of Yes' which launches on 1st August.

In this episode, Zoe and I talk about how to work alongside fear and take on challenges regardless. She speaks openly about her own fears and vulnerabilities and the stratagies she has used to face these. We also explore the concept of microbravery and how big change can happen one small step at a time.
