Natalie Bannister is the founder of Gutsy Girls, a travel and adventure company for women who want to take on new challenges, face their fears and be part of a wider adventure community.
After 3 years working at a surf camp in Portugal, Natalie moved back to London and found she struggled to replace the community she had left behind. After joining a local rowing club, where she re-connected with other likeminded adventurous women, she decide to launch her own adventure and action sports company, offering activities that required no previous experience. Since launching, Gutsy Girls has grown incredibly fast and has delivered adventures for 100s of women including surfing, paddle boarding and skateboarding, both in the UK and overseas.
In this conversation, Natalie talks about what inspired her to start Gutsy Girls and her passion for enabling all women to live adventurously and try something new, whatever age they are.
