As founder of Tough Girl Challenges and the host of the Tough Girl podcast, Sarah has given voice to an incredible range of women adventurers. Tough Girl is now in its 6th year, having received over a million downloads and Sarah herself has undertaken a number of impressive adventures along the way including the Marathon Des Sables and hiking the Appalachian Trail.
