Catherine speaks about the blessing that came when she was let go from a leadership role in a corporate job and that took her on a journey of healing, of finding more authenticity and depth that involved letting of the image and title she'd created for herself and facing the grief that she'd been holding onto.
She is now a Soul worker and ritual practitioner, who works with the circle as an ancient symbol - an ancient being - that is about being connected to our ancestors who in times gone by also sat in circle, and that forms a sacred healing space where emotions and vulnerability can be safely expressed.
Catherine also talks about the importance of ritual and ceremony, the power of prayer, asking for what you need and want, and saying yes to what shows up (even if it's not what you expected).
