Christine A. Reuther of Wallingford was elected to a four-year term on Delaware County Council in November of 2019. On Wednesday, June 5, she vocally defended the county government's deficit spending, acknowledged that the county's credit rating had been downgraded since Democrats won the majority, and attacked local small business owners for fighting property tax bills they believe are too high.
