Welcome to the Bad Queers Club. My name is Shana. I'm a queer women of color who is obsessed with Beyoncé, women's soccer and getting into serious debates about not so serious topics. And my name is Kris. I'm also queer women of color who loves her wife, friends and fam. I'm a little -  actually, I hate bios. I'm not gonna get boxed in by a bio. Get to know the real me through this podcast. I'm sorry. Were you about to go and say your sign? Yeah, I was, you know what? I'm not gonna give them that. I'm not going to give them that. That is the queerest thing I've ever heard, you trying to do that. And then you're like, oh, I hate bios, but hit me up. You just said you were married. Like. I said, get another real me through this podcast. See? See you misleading the people here. You're right. You see, we're trying to introduce, I'm sorry. We're trying to introduce ourselves and tell them about things, so I will, I will continue on this track. Thank you. Bad Queers is a podcast for people who feel like they came out of the closet and got placed in a box. Yes, it's time to put the U-Haul theory to bed and connect over breaking stereotypes and being our unapologetic selves. You'll hear unpopular queer opinions like how the Pride Flag has too many colors, *cough* Kris and how the Gold Star lesbian just needs to go. Also, we'll hear some messy advice from a woman who can't make up her mind and people coming into their own identity, but just need a little guidance. And each week, hopefully you'll learn something new in our queer Urban Dictionary segment. Yeah, this podcast is for the queer community and our allies. Disclaimer, you will be offended.
