This week the guys chat with Jess Nash, the Rush Wisconsin Youth Director of Coaching. Jess tells the story of growing up playing and how that got her into coaching in college and in to the youth programs. Coach Nash has a very good discussion with Shaun about what she's taken from her Masters in Educational Leadership and applied it to her coaching philosophies and in directors meetings. Jess also gives insight on her recent mentoring program she's been apart of since joining the Rush program. Jess is a great interview and has plenty of topics that all coaches can utilize.
