Feedback; When to Let Others In and the Johari Window
A more authentic life and even your own self discovery cannot happen alone. This conversation involves when and how to let others into your self awareness process. I borrowed some insights from the 50's psychological model, The Johari Window.
There are various Johari related lists of adjectives and worksheets, but this one is all online and you can share/collect from others using the same list. I find this to be an excellent exercise whether you use a list or not on how you can invite others into your journey.
The Golden Ticket concept is knowing yourself, accepting yourself, loving yourself, and then going out into the world to share your gifts. However, I would be remiss if I didn't highlight that the real work involves others at every stage.
Go out and seek feedback, look at that Johari Model and see what paradigms and facades you may be dealing with!
