Much of what I have covered in this podcast is great to hear, it's easy to talk about and to assume you're implementing, but when faced with something hard, are you ready? If you're truly self aware, self accepting, truly authentic then tests are sometimes easier. I lived through a unique experience over the Christmas 2020 season and I really have to say, I'm proud of myself and my reactions and proactivity both mentally and emotionally. I leaned quite a bit on my truths and looked for red flags. In reflection, I overall feel like I owe the work I put in on this podcast for making what could have been a difficult experience a little better for myself and my family.
