Chris Armstrong is the co-Owner of Veritas Culture, and a former Culture Executive and Diversity Executive for (2) 10,000+ size organizations. Along with Vince Brantley, he is nationally recognized and called-upon to facilitate and assess discussions in the areas of culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. He is one of only two people (along with Vince) who is certified to certify Culture Facilitators and Diversity-to-Belonging Facilitators, this due to his unique ability to facilitate difficult, sensitive, and often controversial human-centered conversations. This has included being called into Charlottesville, Minneapolis, Atlanta, St. Louis, Orlando, and Capital Hill, all amid national-level situations and event.
