We are nature and we’ve become so disconnected, from our communities and the structure of our working lives.
We talk about how growth is not a linear straight line, each time you expand there is an integration period and sometimes you feel like you’re going backwards, but in reality you’re way further along than you were before.
Lead with the heart and not let the head be the constant driver. Even though sometimes its scary to lead with tenderness, deep relationships are formed through vulnerability.
