Welcome to the Mastering Mindset Podcast. This is the first episode of Season 5 where we will be exploring a series called "What Golf Taught Me About" to highlight leaders in various industries who have utilized the lessons in golf to advance their success in life and business. 

In this episode, we have Matthew Rosenfeld. I knew Matt since our time in junior golf together.

Matthew Rosenfeld is currently the Executive Vice President - Director of Brokerage for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. Rosenfeld oversees the activities of the D-FW brokerage team, with a focus on client service, new listings and lease and sales transactions. 

As EVP with Weitzman, Rosenfeld handles retail tenant representation and acquisition, land sales, building disposition and investment sales in the D-FW area. He has worked extensively with pad users from both the tenant and landlord side. He currently represents JPMorgan Chase Bank, Valvoline and Pizza Patron. In addition, he represents other land buyers such as WaterWalk, Alliance Residential and Strategic Housing Investment Partners. Prior to joining Weitzman, Rosenfeld was a professional golfer. He competed on the PGA Tour, Web.com Tour, European Tour and Asian Tour. His most notable achievement was winning the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship.
