All of us feel anger. It may come when we are disappointed when we do not get a job or a promotion that we wanted. personal problems, such as missing a promotion at work or relationship difficulties. We may feel it if someone cancels plans, or we are stuck in traffic and miss a meeting. Everyone feels anger from time to time, but when does anger become a problem?
Dr. Drake Williams discusses this with Chase Kneeland, a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Trooper, PA.
