Every once in a while, we need to pause and check in on how we're doing, to see what is going on. Find some time, carve out some time and sit back with a whiteboard, paper or your thoughts and consider you. Be honest about your current physical, mental and financial health - reality, no BS. Figure out where you want to be, ID the gap, make a strategy - realistic of course - to start the journey to where you want to be. No different than your preparedness plan, it's a journey, one that you must design.
No one is coming to grant you a less stressful and anxious life. That's your job.
