Personal Responsibility - Your Foundation for Preparedness
The most important question in emergency preparedness is "Who is responsible for my outcomes?" To adopt a prepared life you must first answer "me", and then begin the journey to adopting preparedness. This begins with first addressing your physical, mental and financial health. Without these, the supplies, skills and scenario planning for disasters is moot.
You want to begin managing a disaster from a point of good health, peace and calm with more money than month. Basic, simple and it doesn't cost anything. Preparedness is free, always will be, there are no economic barriers to adopting a prepared life. Full stop.
This is discussed in detail in our first book, Preparedness Simplified Book One: The Beginning, available from the links at Inside My Canoehead.
