Legendary Women's Basketball Coach Teresa Waters

Teresa Waters is a legendary women’s basketball coach from the state of Maryland, who won over 500 contests at River Hill high school in Clarksville. But that’s just one highlight of a resumé a mile long.

Continuing our week of celebrating women in sports, Shawn and Sherm welcome in Waters and she provides her unique insights on coaching, working her way up in Maryland as a woman of color and the philosophy she developed along the way.
