Show Notes

In this week's episode, I speak with Thea who started her career in student affairs.  And while she loved working with students, she realized higher education was not the right space for her in the long term.  After some introspection, talking to trusted mentors and taking time to explore some different ways her passion could be turned into a career, she found a role with a non-profit whose mission inspires her every day.  She now focuses on ways to help students with their health during such a critical time in their lives.  Her biggest piece of advice is to listen to your own gut, believe in yourself, and find a path that is right for you, not just what you think you are supposed to do or what is expected of you.  She also shares a fun fact that you can find her dancing on TikTok.  That alone is worth the listen!
