Show Notes

In this week's episode, I speak with Stuart who started his career in a customer support call center.  After a being promoted to manager, he realized he had just fallen into this career and it wasn't what he actually enjoyed.  During a vacation, he took the time to explore alternative careers and realized he wanted to move into engineering.  But learning a new skill in your thirties is different then in school!   After a lot of self-reflection and recognizing time and cost availability, he found his way to a bootcamp that set him up for success as an engineer.  And he learned a little more about himself as a team member along the way!
