Show Notes

In this week's episode, I speak with Mitch who had a lot of self-defined "oh crap" moments in his career.  But by keeping true to his values, recognizing the fundamental strengths that he has, and being open to figuring it out as he went with a great sense of humor, Mitch turned those moments into big opportunities and an amazing career journey!  From swimming to being a pastor to sales & sales leadership to owning his own coffee company - it doesn't get much more "career changer" than that!   But as always, each experience was actually prepping him for the next.

As always, please consider subscribing, leaving a rating and review and sharing this podcast and the whole series with others.  We do this podcast to help spread the word that everyone can get unstuck and find the thing that brings them joy in their careers.  If our guests can do it, you can too!
