A psychotherapist for over 16 years, Gina Moffa, LCSW, has an active private practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where she specializes in grief and trauma. Gina also focuses on helping people to navigate uncertain, complicated life transitions, (even welcome changes come with their fair share of challenges!), and most recently, she is writing a book on 'modern grief', as Covid redefined how we look at loss and grief therapy, especially for younger people experiencing grief for the first time.
Gina believes in the intersection between eastern and western philosophy when approaching grief and loss and looks forward to the ever-widening ways to heal in a more holistic way.
