bigger"},{"startTime":376.14,"endTime":379.47,"body":"and smaller at the same time."},{"startTime":379.47,"endTime":383.25,"body":"And this leaves an important"},{"startTime":379.47,"endTime":383.25,"body":"subset of the population out"},{"startTime":383.25,"endTime":386.973,"body":"which different than some"},{"startTime":383.25,"endTime":386.973,"body":"other countries in the world."},{"startTime":387.9,"endTime":391.86,"body":"The US has quite a large"},{"startTime":387.9,"endTime":391.86,"body":"uninsured population."},{"startTime":391.86,"endTime":393.9,"body":"The latest CDC report, I think,"},{"startTime":393.9,"endTime":397.2,"body":"about 8% of the US population"},{"startTime":397.2,"endTime":399.54,"body":"having no insurance whatsoever."},{"startTime":399.54,"endTime":401.733,"body":"And this is not just"},{"startTime":399.54,"endTime":401.733,"body":"adults, it's children."},{"startTime":402.6,"endTime":404.01,"body":"Although, again, there are subsets"},{"startTime":404.01,"endTime":405.86,"body":"that are covered under certain plans."},{"startTime":407.28,"endTime":410.46,"body":"So about 25 million individuals in the US"},{"startTime":410.46,"endTime":412.2,"body":"don't have any healthcare."},{"startTime":412.2,"endTime":415.62,"body":"There's also an underinsured population"},{"startTime":415.62,"endTime":417.18,"body":"that might not have full coverage,"},{"startTime":417.18,"endTime":419.83,"body":"and that's a large portion"},{"startTime":417.18,"endTime":419.83,"body":"of the population as well."},{"startTime":421.35,"endTime":424.23,"body":"And beyond this, we look at drugs."},{"startTime":424.23,"endTime":425.28,"body":"There's medical benefits."},{"startTime":425.28,"endTime":426.6,"body":"There's pharmacy benefits."},{"startTime":426.6,"endTime":428.31,"body":"And again, we'll get individual"},{"startTime":455.13,"endTime":459.24,"body":"payer basis right now largely"},{"startTime":459.24,"endTime":461.82,"body":"and going on behind closed doors
