trust these other"},{"startTime":452.84,"endTime":456.38,"body":"groups to manage it better."},{"startTime":456.38,"endTime":460.73,"body":"And when you think of medical"},{"startTime":456.38,"endTime":460.73,"body":"management within the US"},{"startTime":460.73,"endTime":463.1,"body":"getting your drug at your"},{"startTime":460.73,"endTime":463.1,"body":"doctor's office, going"},{"startTime":463.1,"endTime":465.615,"body":"to see your physician"},{"startTime":463.1,"endTime":465.615,"body":"going to the hospital,"},{"startTime":465.615,"endTime":469.25,"body":"the the management is regional"},{"startTime":465.615,"endTime":469.25,"body":"and national dependent"},{"startTime":469.25,"endTime":471.59,"body":"and there's lots of regional"},{"startTime":469.25,"endTime":471.59,"body":"and national players"},{"startTime":471.59,"endTime":473.93,"body":"and those regional national"},{"startTime":471.59,"endTime":473.93,"body":"players need some different"},{"startTime":473.93,"endTime":476.42,"body":"things than, than you would expect,"},{"startTime":476.42,"endTime":478.28,"body":"but there's lots of piece,"},{"startTime":485.06,"endTime":487.67,"body":"there are three really big players."},{"startTime":487.67,"endTime":490.97,"body":"So those big players are"},{"startTime":487.67,"endTime":490.97,"body":"pharmacy benefit managers, Optum,"},{"startTime":490.97,"endTime":493.28,"body":"CVS and ESI."},{"startTime":493.28,"endTime":496.01,"body":"And between the three of those, they, they"},{"startTime":496.01,"endTime":501.01,"body":"generally manage about 80%"},{"startTime":496.01,"endTime":501.01,"body":"of commercial lives in the US"},{"startTime":501.05,"endTime":502.07,"body":"and they tend"},{"startTime":502.07,"endTime":504.41,"body":"to need something a little"},{"startTime":502.07,"endTime":504.41,"body":"bit different than the health"},{"startTime":504.41,"endTime":506.6,"body":"plan and, and those other payers."},{"startTime":506.6,"endTime":509.03,"body":"So it's, it's a really"},{"startTime":506.6,"endTime":509.03,"body":"interesting dynamic within the"},{"startTime":509.03,"endTime":511.94,"body":"commercial landscape of"},{"startTime":509.03,"endTime":511.94,"body":"the options employers"},{"startTime":511.94,"endTime":513.32,"body":"have to choose from."},{"startTime":513.32,"endTime":517.82,"body":"Do I decide to use Cigna or Aetna or"},{"startTime":517.82,"endTime":520.61,"body":"or UnitedHealthcare to manage everything?"},{"startTime":520.61,"endTime":524.45,"body":"Do I just trust them to
