#034 AJ Philipsen - A Life of Fire, fitness, sirens & the Sea

AJ is an Operational firefighter, he also works for the Ambulance service and has been a professional Kite surfer/boarder for over 20 years.

He has also competed in multiple fire service fitness games, delivered babies with the ambulance service and pushes himself every day to help support his community and inspiring others to follow their sporting passions and live their best life.

AJ is an inspiring member of the UK Fire service and it was pleasure to have him on the show.
