We discuss the importance of Fitness during police service and after service. Physical fitness is a must for development in any service job and delivery.

- Chief karate instructor and regional England karate coach and north of England coach
- Manages national karate squad training
- Martial Arts and Karate focus since he was age 8years and currently manages 300 members and 22 squad members in karate
