Bruce Vande Steeg owns and operates Vande Steeg Consulting, whose mission is “Improving Peoples Lives One Business at a Time.” Walking alongside leaders and employees to create functional, high performing, enjoyable businesses provides wind in his sails. Bruce is a serial entrepreneur with business experience in Organizational Health, Veterinary Medicine, Real Estate and Dairy Production. He and his wife, Marie, have raised 3 kids to adulthood and the fourth is on the verge of launching. Bruce often gets lost in his shop amongst his power tools.
