Join us (AKA Miztli and Phoebe) for our third episode of Sane Time, Sane Place. This week we are talking all things self-care. With no near end in sight, it seems many of us are at home doing our best to take care of our mind, body and soul (sans gyms, salons, or even shops). But what does good self-care really mean? From bath-time woes to meditation fails, we discuss our relationship with self-care and our different approaches to staying sane in these strange times. And this week we are joined by the wonderful Ophelie Hocquard. Ophelie will be telling us about her journey from comedian to crystal healer and Reiki Master as well as giving us tips on how she stays sane when so much of her work is based on healing others. And if that wasn't enough, this week's comedy contribution comes from the hilarious actor-comedian-singer, Katherine Rodden.
