FUN is crucial and engaging with children through laughter and their ideas is key.
Jamie discusses how he found that learning from others and reflecting on their early years experiences was so helpful. There is a need to reflect in the everyday practice and in action daily. The children care who you are as a person, Children just need fantastic adults around them!
We discuss educators vs babysitters and the importance of raising the understanding of what actually happens in early years.
