Here the Beckies chats with Leanne and Lydia the co-founders of Flosst all about wellbeing and looking after ourselves.   We delve into why babies, children’s and adults’ wellbeing and oral health is so crucial. We discover the benefits of mouth care for our whole body.

We learn top tips and helpful information that enables busy people to really look after themselves in a few easy ways.  This fits in so well with everyone's wellness journey.

Small consistent daily habits really do work.  So thinking about how to create healthy habits for little ones is so helpful.

Leanne and Lydia have so much everyday practice to share with us.  The reason for creating their App is to use education and build ‘the why’ into caring for teeth and our whole self.

Let’s build everyday routines that matter and make a difference not only for now but for the children’s and our own healthy futures.

The Flosst App team have some free codes for Thriving Language listeners to say thank you for the vital work early years educators and teachers do.
