Janice Noehulani

Thank you. I love it. I love being here. I love being in your energy, Theresa. It's just like, Ooh, so yummy.

Theresa Cesare

It feels like home.

Janice Noehulani

Yeah.

Theresa Cesare

Um, you are part of literally Heart to Tuck podcast. The evolution of everything I create. I feel like you're interwoven. Mm. I really do. And you, you mean so much to me. And even this audience that's been on this journey always reaches back and is like, oh my gosh. That episode with Janice, that episode with Janice, and then here we are. I know a lot has happened.

Janice Noehulani

Yeah.

Theresa Cesare

Good and things that are painful, but catch us up. How are you doing? How are you?

Janice Noehulani

Well, you know, I mean, we have been in the year of the snake. We have two weeks left, y'all, and it is gonna be quite possibly very intense. But the truth is, is so I've been shedding and I've been rebuilding, shedding, rebuilding, shedding, rebuilding, and you know. Um, part of what we're gonna talk about today is, you know, I had been taking care of my mom who had dementia for 13 years and she passed, and that is freeing and liberating and I feel, so it was at the very last year that felt like, yeah, that's why I have been here. Um, and I got a chance to see how valuable it was to help her through her death process. And if people don't know who I am, I'm a serious psychic. I've been a seer my whole life. So my mom's been visiting me and she's been visiting my friends and she's been visiting so many people and giving them, dropping down these messages that are so huge. And, and that's pretty much what I was like. I wanna tell Theresa's community about this because it feels huge. It feels enormous. And also, the only other thing I wanna say is that because the veil is open around me, and this is sort of the work that I do, people can be in my field and trans mute energy, transform energy fast. And so, and that for so. I'm not promising that anyone who listens to this podcast or anything, I do that That'll happen. But it has been for many people. So I wanna bring this energy here so people can like, oh, you know, we're so scared. We're so, things are so intense right now. How do we do this with grace?

Theresa Cesare

I love that. Oh my gosh. Well, thank you for your presence and love and energy. And I wanna say, I'm so sorry. I remember how much you cared for and it's a lot of work. But like you said, in the liberation of it, in a way too, and I wanna talk about the, the secret. No one told you about healing.

Janice Noehulani

Yes. And this is the thing that my mom's been dropping down into my world. I mean, I knew it, but she's been able to show me it from a different perspective.

Theresa Cesare

Have you ever experienced something like that though?'cause you have always had this. Incredible. These gifts. We'll just say yes and experiencing something like this. When you say that the veil or your, would you call it like not sensitive or what is it? Magnetized your gifts.

Janice Noehulani

Yes, typically when a parent dies, and this is for everyone, um, you have a DNA shift that begins to happen inside of you. And I've been ha having that. I talk to spirits on a daily, so, um, this wasn't, uh, something new, but how my mother came to me was very new. Like. Even though I cared for my mom, we weren't super close. We didn't have the same spiritual affiliation. We didn't see the same way. She was very much a worrier when she transitioned, which was before she actually passed. When she transitioned, she immediately became a 20-year-old version of herself that I never saw before. And it was like. She was fun and playful and was like, oh honey, I'm so sorry I put you through so much. Hell, you know, like, like immediately. And I was like, thank you mom. And she was playful and she passed on, you know, she'd passed December 13th. So we have a little time, like a month, but to this day, every time I worry, she stands in the way and says, stop it.

Theresa Cesare

Oh, I got goosebumps.

Janice Noehulani

Right? And it's, it's, I'm like, I'm so grateful. Like part of me wishes I had this version of my mom while she was alive, but I'm just so excited and I'm getting goosebumps now. I'm just so excited that I get this version of her now. And, and the secret. Okay. So into what we were gonna talk about this thing that my mom keeps dropping down. I've known this and I've been trying to communicate it to people, but one day my friend, I was on a phone conversation with a friend and she was telling me about her problems. My mom literally came in and started dropping this information and showed it to my friend almost immediately. Oh my God. She's been dropping into my friend's dreams. It's just been an incredible, my friends call me like, your mom came to me yesterday. I'm like, oh my god. You know? So I think she's really trying to help humanity in a way, or at least the people in my field. And so basically, I'm gonna try and explain it now. So. As a soul, there's everything, and we've heard this before because we know the law of attraction, right? Everything exists, so the bad and the good exists, but as just like an angelic soul kind of energy being, they can move through anything and their tendency is to pick up what's good. That's like, that's their tendency as humans. Our tendency is to pick up the dense, the heavy, right? Think about this for a second. Our mind, which is kind of a very masculine energy by the way. It's meant to fix things. That's its job a hundred percent. It's meant to fix things, right? So it always needs something to fix. Okay, so that's why it's easy for us to pick up density. Like, like, okay, someone hurt me. Hold onto it, hold onto it, hold onto it, fix it. Try and do something about it. And for those of us who are like empaths and healers, we're like, okay, this happened. I have to change me to change it. Mm-hmm. Rather than just being like, you know what? I'm gonna just drop that and I'm gonna focus on the fact that. This is what's good in my life right now. This is what's good about me. This is, and quite literally, our world is changing at. Fast, rapid speeds. And that's because of technology and that's because of what's happening in the world. And we're not caught up to it yet. We're not caught up to the higher vibration. So we're picking up all this density. What can I, what can I do now to fix what's happening? How can I be a service? You know, this is so ugly and just holding tight to it rather than going, Nope, I'm gonna drop it remember that our doorway to everything we want is actually through joy. And even though things are bad, giving yourselves moments every single day to look at what is good, what is beautiful, what am I creating that makes me just feel so special and right. Right. And so that's what my mom was showing me over and over again. It's like you could, you literally have free will to pick up anything you want. Pick up something that feels good.

Theresa Cesare

I love that.

Janice Noehulani

Right? And so, so here's the thing. I have spent my lifetime healing'cause I came, if you know, and if your listeners know and have seen before, came from really. Troubled a troubled background, so I healing all the time, healing all the time, healing all the time, but all I was myself to was healing. I had to rewire myself to thrive. I had to rewire myself for joy. I had to rewire myself for happiness and abundance and that that is here right now. Only by focusing on it, moving towards it, and when I begin to orient myself towards that, then healing happens. I

Theresa Cesare

love that. Oh my God, I love that. Versus focusing on the healing as enjoy as a side effect. No matter your circumstances, whatever it is, you focus on the joy and the good. I love that. Now, is this a practice that you have shifted deeper in, like, uh, like living through joy? You know, you're, you are fun by the way, but like more so after your mom, or have you kind of been leaning into that? Within the last year or so?

Janice Noehulani

Yeah, this is a great question. You know, um, last year I'm gonna be so honest with everyone'cause I think that that's just like the best thing to do. Last year was. So hard. Uh, it was a, it was many different things that were happening that was just, it was like the perfect storm, but for many years there's been moments like that. So it was compiling on top of each other and I was sort of crumbling. You know, our human nature is often that we have to experience those moments to act those breakdowns. Then there's a huge breakthrough and that's what again, happened to me. But I had to this time choose, decide that I was gonna have that breakthrough. And I went through a 30 day practice where the first thing I did in the morning was wake up and tell myself the simple thing of you've got this. You've got this, you have everything it takes to have the life you want. So every day the first thing I did was wake up and I did that. Then I did this practice of creation, orienting myself towards what it is that I desire and what I know is meant for me. Like I knew I wasn't meant to be miserable, right? So I had to practice like what? You know, really. Um. Feeling through me. The truth of what is meant for me, what I know is meant for me. And then I had to physically, like I started partner dancing and I love it. I mean, I am one such a ham. Yeah. I am so, such a ham

Theresa Cesare

and a good, and a good singer, by the way.

Janice Noehulani

Oh, thank you. I love it. You too. I love that. Oh, I gotta get together and sing again.

Theresa Cesare

I know.

Janice Noehulani

But I love, I love partner dancing and I, and, and, um,

Theresa Cesare

like ballroom or like two stepping or all of it.

Janice Noehulani

So salsa swing, um. Uh, waltzing. I just like, I'll do any of it. I just love all of it. I love it so much actually. And, um, and I've found some partners that they're all like, um, married, but their partners don't really dance that much, so they're like, let's dance. And so we dance and it just lights me up. And when, and within 30 days, I changed from like, feeling seriously rock bottom to. Flowing with clients, flowing with energy flowing, and I just, I had to just commit to that and now everything seems to be like cruising along and you know, I tend to be really joyful anyway, but I really had to rewire myself reap. Orient myself to joy, uh, and joy is my thing. For someone else, it could be passion, right? It could be something even lighter, like compassion.

Theresa Cesare

Ooh,

Janice Noehulani

right. It could be anything that actually helps. Move you towards your direction. And by the way, everyone has a wisdom. So we're all in a line of wisdom. And those are like joy, knowledge, um, purpose, wisdom. Compassion. So there's, there's, and so there's an element, like a homeopath that will move you in the direction of your life and it's different for everyone. So knowing that knowing your elements will allow you to move more easily in like what you're meant for and get you out of that stock.

Theresa Cesare

How do we find out our element?

Janice Noehulani

You gotta call me.

Theresa Cesare

I love it. Okay. Y'all hear that? I love that though, because you're right too. And I think maybe where we go wrong is when you're like, say we're listening to you, and I'm like, oh my God, I gotta partner down. I gotta get into joy. But then if that's not my element,

Janice Noehulani

yeah.

Theresa Cesare

Right,

Janice Noehulani

right. A hundred percent. If that's not,

Theresa Cesare

well, that's

Janice Noehulani

good to know. What activates your joy? Yeah, so I'm in the line of joy, and so my thing is that I have to activate joy in me in order to get. Movement in my life. Now, on the opposite side of that, because I'm Joy, I also can swing.'cause you'll also have the opposite towards like depression and that kind of thing. So that's, that's my sign that I am out of balance. Right? Mm-hmm. When I, when I notice, I'm starting to tell myself certain things because we come into this life with a particular wound and we'll literally hit it. For the rest of our lives. So, you know what, if you're in the space of healing or, or that journey, just know that. Like stop thinking. There's an end. There's not an end. The end is when you're dead. Right? I

Theresa Cesare

love that you're like, there is no end. There is no end. That's so good.

Janice Noehulani

No. And when we stop thinking like, oh, when's it gonna stop this, this thing that's going on in me, you know? Um. We are making ourselves wrong for being who we are

Theresa Cesare

when we die.

Janice Noehulani

Right. So

Theresa Cesare

you're right though. I love that, Janice. I love that. But that was so funny because you're like, it's not, but almost like you do need to hear that. I think I need to hear that. You know? You know what I mean? Like it's like we know it, but we have to say it out loud and be like. Oh, and then there's acceptance and then you're not like your Z's.

Janice Noehulani

Exactly. There is a formula to creation, by the way, and I, and, and one of the formulas is that you have to deeply accept where you are. You cannot make where you are currently wrong in any way.'cause if you do that, you, you will not be able to create where you wanna go.

Theresa Cesare

I love that. Can you give an example of what someone can do by making it wrong? Like when you say that? Yeah,

Janice Noehulani

yeah, sure. So every day you're like, I hate my job, I hate my job, but you're in it. You're literally gonna that job every single day. So, so the thing is, and, and that's typical, like, I'm not, like, I'm laughing because it's, when you step back, it's kind of funny what we do, you know? Right. It's kind of like, but you can't make that job wrong because if you, if you take a step back from it, one, it, it gives you money to do the things that you want. Right. It gives you something to do every single day. It like, you can name out all kinds of reasons why you could be grateful for that job. It's the stepping stone for where you're gonna go. And even by the way, your misery is the the landscape you need to make a change.

Theresa Cesare

Mm. I love that.

Janice Noehulani

You see what I'm saying? Yeah. So you And reframing, yeah.

Theresa Cesare

No, I love that. It's almost like turning it in your favor, but then you also have a choice, like you said. Why make it wrong? I think that's what people do. They make the person wrong in the relationship. They make the job wrong. But then you can either, like you said, appreciate, find, like you said. The good in it. If not, leave

Janice Noehulani

Yeah. Find. That's right. Find something else and keep praying. So I'm gonna give you, this is so deeply vulnerable, but I'm gonna say it.

Theresa Cesare

Bring it, bring it.

Janice Noehulani

It's a great example of this. Okay. And then I, I hope it's okay to cuss, but I, I'm, I'm gonna give you another remedy because some people are like, I can't get into the gratitude. I just cannot do it. Okay.

Theresa Cesare

Yeah,

Janice Noehulani

I think you're right. I'd like to share two things about this. One that's really vulnerable is when I, when I was. Um, taking care of my mom. It took four of us to, to fully do it, and she was loved. I mean, she, because of it, she didn't go into a home and we're so grateful for that, but it took everything out of all of us. Well, my sister was here She was a, a person here that was a body that was great, you know. I was so grateful for her. But she struggles with bipolar and she struggles with, um, addictions, stuff like that, but we needed a body here. So she was here for a long time, but it was painful because her and I did not get along. And if I would ever have a request and if our, my voice ever got above, you know, if I've ever raised my voice, she'd call the cops on me. So, anyway, I couldn't see my mom as much and it, it made me incredibly sad. And I that's when I started to go under because I was like, here I am the spiritual teacher and I'm having this conflict with this person in my home. I have a duplex and my, my mother was in the front and my sister, it was terrible. Like it was terrible. I was on edge all the time. I was always afraid to talk about what was necessary.'cause I, if I upset her, she would call the cops on me. Just all kinds of stuff. And in New Mexico, there are these things about, um, housing that I, I couldn't get her out at home and she made sure of that, especially'cause she would always call the cops on me. So, and then the cops would come, they'd be like, there's nothing going on here. You know, it was just like, yeah. Anyway, it was a vicious cycle and it made me really sad and I, and I couldn't understand. So this is when I started to do that work that I was telling you about.'cause I hit rock bottom. I was like, I can't be with my mom. I'm a, I'm a spiritual teacher and here I am in this awful situation. What is the remedy? You know? And I kept praying for a solution. I just kept praying for a solution. Because before that, I literally hit rock bomb because I was like angry.

Theresa Cesare

Yeah,

Janice Noehulani

this, I was angry. I felt helpless. Then I started to do that 30 day process, and I began to see every reason why I needed to be grateful for her. And I just started to flood every bit of energy into that. And then finally things started to progress with my mom, and a miracle happened, and for whatever reason, she moved.

Theresa Cesare

Wow.

Janice Noehulani

My sister was just like, it was like night and day. My nephew had something to do with that. Like he was helping her like go. And it was like we all got a chance to breathe and we all gotta help my mom through her death process in such a beautiful way. And my nervous system got to give. I started to feel safe again and. So this is probably like TMI, right? I feel really weird talking about this, but also this is the, the, a very simple like example of how to use the process I talked about. And even in the worst situations, um. Which I felt that, like, I'm sure there's worse situations, but that was like so bad. Yeah. I used that process and it worked miraculously, miraculously because you know, like especially as an empath and I am a highly empathic, your environment can keep you very stuck. And it was, it was keeping me so stuck. I couldn't. Create more until that was remedied.

Theresa Cesare

Wow. Janice, I think a lot of people listening can relate to some in some way feeling like stuck.

Janice Noehulani

Yeah.

Theresa Cesare

Like that. And how do you, because you could say gratitude, you can't do this if literally, because I'm like that too. I'm around someone that doesn't make me feel safe. Or it's like a low vibration. It's, it's the worst thing for me. And so you were in that?

Janice Noehulani

Yeah.

Theresa Cesare

You couldn't, you couldn't move away.

Janice Noehulani

No, I, I'm the matriarch of the family, so I was literally paying all the bills.

Theresa Cesare

That's the thing. You take care of everyone.

Janice Noehulani

Yeah.

Theresa Cesare

So it's either opposite, either people are stuck and by someone they're being taken care of, or do you feel like the people that take care of are stuck with. It's such an interesting dynamic.

Janice Noehulani

It's, but

Theresa Cesare

it can be healed or not healed. What would you even call that? Remedied. I like that. Remedied.

Janice Noehulani

So here's how creation works, right? Sometimes we block creation from happening because we have this idea, it has to be this way, but in this, I didn't know. I literally was like, I have zero idea how I'm gonna be able to deal with this. And we all kind of knew that when my mom passed, it was going to be crazy if she was here. So I just kept surrendering, like, I don't know how this is gonna happen. Please just allow something to happen. And it was like. My nephew was going to where my sister wanted to go, and he was like. Hey, you wanna come with me? And it was just like, you know, his work was sending him there. And so she was like, yeah, let's go. And then it was like, boom, boom, boom, boom. All these things happen. I would've never been able to manifest that, right? Because I would've known. So its really about like. All I know is I need the best outcome to happen. Please make that happen. And I did everything possible, you know, in my being to be the vessel for the best to happen for all of us.

Theresa Cesare

Would that be your prayer? Did you have like a mantra or like an affirmation that you would like say daily in that time or just surrender?

Janice Noehulani

What my. Prayer was was literally like, please, I don't know what to do with this. It's your job to do something with it. And I was talking to source like, I don't know what to do with this. I don't know how to deal with this. Please, you make sure something good happens. That

Theresa Cesare

was, as a spiritual teacher and then the line of work, like did this give you a deeper way to guide others? You know, in that sense,

Janice Noehulani

I've had students literally cry in sessions or in group settings where they're like, there's this softness, this kindness, this generosity that's coming through you that wasn't really there before. And I absolutely feel like in this phase of my life, I am. Literally done with the chase. And all I'm doing is really embodying who I really, truly am and letting that, um, be here between me and anyone. So even like I always talk about this, like I'm single and I am in the dating world. I am committed like I have never been before to just being me, and because of that, people are either leaving who are not aligned with that or they're staying because they're like, this is different.

Theresa Cesare

Mm-hmm.

Janice Noehulani

You know, I'm not trying to be anyone but me a hundred percent. And it gives everyone freedom and it gives me freedom. And then there's not this pressure, there's no pressure in creating for me anymore. And so that's sort of what I'm trying to lean in with my students. There's so much pressure from the world, right? Mm-hmm. How can we turn down the pressure internally so then we can just receive and also have be filled so we can give freely?

Theresa Cesare

I love that. How can any of these listeners that are listening to this podcast right now get in touch with you and who would be like the ideal? Would you even say there's an ideal client or,

Janice Noehulani

yeah, I would say that I do a lot of work mostly with women, you know, but I, I also work with men, um, just not as much. They're fun though, because you don't have to go through all these emotional hoops with men. You're, they're just like, what do you, what do I need to do? And you're like, this is what you need to do. You're like, okay. Then they do it. You know what? It's so great, but it takes them a while to get to the place where they're open. Right.

I

Theresa Cesare

see.

Janice Noehulani

So here's what I wanna say, the. I work with many people, but the person that I love working with is the person who is ready to truly know themselves. So it's not like who can fix me? It's how do I embody my authentic nature, and how do I amplify like what I'm here to bring?

Theresa Cesare

Tho

Janice Noehulani

that's really my ideal person, you know, not can I be fixed. Although I, I do a lot of that'cause I do a lot of energy with people. Um, but how do I do it myself?

Theresa Cesare

I love that. And so how can we find you? What's the best place to. Reach out, connect, learn more, reach.

Janice Noehulani

Well, um, so couple things. I made something very special for this community that I would love to give you a link on that. It's gonna be a long link. So if it's okay there, yeah.

Theresa Cesare

I'm gonna drop it. I'll drop any link you have that's special for this audience. Um, your website socials. I'll drop it all in the show notes.

Janice Noehulani

Yeah. Okay, great. So that, so then that will be the place to reach me if you just wanna know more information, you know, go to my website, www.janicenoiani.com. And what I created special for this community I created three sort of songs, but they're infuse with, um. Frequencies. One is for, um, vitality. So your immune system, your immune system literally can be affecting your love life and your abundance. So one is for vitality. Okay. The other is for divine love, and the other is for money, money, money, money, baby. So,

Theresa Cesare

that all sounds so good, by the way.

Janice Noehulani

And they're like these, so all you have to do is like, listen to'em. But I would listen through them twice or just have the one that you prefer playing in the background all day long. And then it can, it can vibrationally shift you and it'll help you align with what's meant for you. Darlings.

Theresa Cesare

Mm. I love it. Oh my gosh. I just love you, Janice.

Janice Noehulani

I love you, honey.

Theresa Cesare

Is there any last mentions or thoughts before we pivoted to the traditional ending questions?

Janice Noehulani

Mm, I love those questions by the way. Um, I know things look bleak like things are, that's purposeful, right? They want eyes there so they don't see them in other places. And people who are connected to their joy, their purpose, their passion, these doorways I'm talking about, when you're connected to that, it's harder to be controlled, quite literally. And you then tap into creation at. Rapid speeds. Rapid speeds. And so what I mean by that is when you're, we're talking like manifestation 5.0, you know, 10.0, it's like, it's like you begin to know that you are the creator. Mm-hmm. You know, and that creator, whatever you call that source universe, God nature, is here to support you in that. And then co-creation becomes really rapid, so, try your best to not just focus on what's happening and focus right now on what you desire creating. That's what I wanna say.

Theresa Cesare

Ooh. I love that. Oh my gosh. I love it. Okay, so I'm gonna pivot to the last questions. Okay. What is your favorite affirmation or mantra?

Janice Noehulani

Yes. I create from clarity, move with certainty and trust what I build will come true.

Theresa Cesare

Oh, I love that, Janice. I love that affirmation. Yeah. And the second question, what inspires you, your work and your creativity?

Janice Noehulani

Hmm. So there's, there's twofold to that. For me, I have been really paying attention to my life., For so long. My life has been just my work, you know? And now I'm like. What is Janice all about? So my work has helped me become brave enough to step into bigger things and do like, actually live what I preach, live my joy and, and be committed to that. So that is a real turn on for me, but also like with my clients. I love it when they get these ahas and they're like, oh my God, you mean what we've been doing is really true? And then all of a sudden their life explodes. Or they're like, oh my God, Janice, I just had a spiritual awakening. And I'm like, yes, of course you did. Or you know, like when the ahas happen and life starts to click into place, oh my God. I just love that for my clients, you know? I love it so much.

Theresa Cesare

That's so amazing. And then the last one, what are you most proud of?

Janice Noehulani

I am most proud of my daughter. She's in her thirties, early thirties now, and she's the most amazing being on this planet, and quite honestly, because some things have been really difficult. She was my greatest teacher in this and helping me look for joy, helping me remind the blessings of every day, helping me see really that. Even in its hardest place, my life is really good. And from there it just becomes better and better. And so, you know, even though things can be difficult, she's really helped me with that and I, I'm so proud that of any part I may have had in that. I'm really proud of that.
