Tonight is the first episode of season 3 and it is Jay on his own as DG is now up in Japan working with Japan Rugby.
This week we had former Black Cap and current NSW Cricket Bowling Coach, Andre Adams back on the show to join us for round two!
Andre played in all three formats for New Zealand and had a stellar county career in England after his international career had finished. He has become a real student of coaching and has so much to offer. He is obviously very reflective and continues to push the boundaries and grow himself both inside and outside the realm of coaching.
