This week I am delighted to be joined by world leading performance coach Owen Eastwood, Owen hails from Otatara a small community on the outskirts of Invercargill New Zealand, though now lives with his family in the UK.
Owen has worked with some of the top sporting and business organisations the world over, including the South African Cricket Team, the England Football team (currently competing in the Euros) and the Command Group of NATO, to name a few.
He has just released a great book called "Belonging" which helps us to understand an ancient code passed down through our ancestors to help us navigate the world we live in.
