After years of teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), Monique launched her business in 2023 following a tragic construction site accident that was caused by a language barrier. Today, she partners with construction firms to help English and Spanish-speaking employees understand each other clearly. Her belief is simple: language is connected to life.
