Yo, what's up, people? Okay. Uh, first thing, gotta explain why I didn't come on last week. I canceled everything last week. I had gotten really sick. I was actually getting sick when I was live with Lee, and I like was like, what's going on? I have fever, I don't know what the hell. I feel like crap, but I went through it, and then the next few days, I was just wiped out. I had fever like four days in a row. It was a disaster. But I'm back. So I had to cancel uh, I had content for both channels, had to cancel everything and uh just basically get back to being healthy. So I'm back, we're healthy, back at work, uh, back at the gym, and we're gonna go forward now. Um, the other thing is if you guys are in Nashville, I will be in Nashville with uh Lee Priest June 5th and 6th at the Music Fit Expo at the I believe it's the fairgrounds in Nashville. So I will be there. That should be a lot of fun. If you guys are there, please come around. Um, obviously, most people will be there to see Lee, and about maybe, I don't know, seven people might be there for me. Anyway, all right. The other thing is, um, I know I sound like a broken record. Every time I come on here, it's only because you know I care about the guy and I'm a good friend. Uh I prevail subs. Uh, the link is in the description. Go and uh check it out. Uh the owner and operator is Jason Owens, he's a dear friend. He is uh he has been battling some issues health-wise. Uh it looks like he's it's on the up and up, but it has been difficult for him. Uh, it's been a lot of back issues, and uh there's other complications too, which um he doesn't want me to talk about as of yet. I wanted to actually start a GoFundMe for him, and he is too proud. And he said, no, please don't do that. And uh so I will not be doing that, but go buy some supplements, buy a t-shirt, buy a hat. The link is in the description. The uh discount code is there, SNS10. Go show your support. Jay is one of the better people in this industry, he is a tremendous human being. Um, so I've you know just been keeping in contact and uh you know trying to help him out as much as possible. All right. Anyway, okay, let's get to the topic at hand. Now, all right, is Anabolic Academy, the educational part of the show? Normally I have somebody else with me, but um normally Jay is with me, obviously. Sometimes Paul is with me. Sometimes, oh, shut up, Momo. It was an accident. I didn't even remember that he was in the show. Jerk. Do you know what an idiot I felt like? So if you guys didn't see, go back and watch. I actually put it at a short in YouTube, and I put um I put it on a short in YouTube, put it on Instagram, put it on TikTok, put it on Facebook. And it actually uh what had happened was we were talking about who was gonna do well in the New York Pro. We were talking about Patrick Moore, and uh so I said uh Patrick Moore looked good at the Arnold UK, but everybody else after him looked like crap. And you know, Akeem's like, you know, I was in that show and I was like, oh my god, I completely forgot he was in there. I felt this big, I felt like the biggest jerk. So I took the clip and I actually put open mouth insert foot. John embarrasses himself, and I actually edit it and showed what a jerk I am, and I put it up on Instagram. Uh, luckily, Akeem didn't take offense, he's a good dude. Akeem is also one of the better guys in in this industry and uh tremendous bodybuilder. Let's guy's got, I think, seven pro wins, multiple Olympia appearances, broke the top six um one year at the Olympia. The guy has had a Hall of Fame career. Let's not kid ourselves here, okay? So I really just forgot that he was in the fucking show. All right. Anyway, okay. Get that out of the way. Okay, let's get to the topic at hand. Everybody is jumping on these peptides. So, what happened was I was at work and I got friends that talk about these peptides and whatnot. And and I I've been doing a lot of research on peptides. I've been talking to guys like uh Paul Barnett, I've been talking to guys like um Amana DB. They know a lot about peptides. And apparently there are certain peptides that release natural growth hormone. Okay. The most popular one seems to be CJC1295. So there's several that actually help release natural growth hormone. Okay, so there's uh SMORin, desamorlin, CJC1295, and ipomoralin. Okay. So what we're gonna do is I am going to pull up uh these peptides, see how they work, and um, and so on and so forth. Um, because here's my biggest argument when it comes to peptides. Uh it's trendy. Everybody's jumping on peptides. Um that's the first thing. Like everybody and their mother, even people that don't go to the gym or on peptides, it's like, oh, I'm taking retitrutide, I'm taking, you know, uh trzepatide, I'm taking the baby, baby, blah, blah, blah. And they don't, they have no idea what they're taking. But when it comes to actual anabolics and synthetic growth hormone, the research is out there. I know what to use, I know how to work around it. My doctor is a bodybuilder, he looks for certain things in the blood work. The research has been there for like like like decades and decades upon decades. And um, we don't want you know how to navigate around it. So let's uh jump into. I am going to pull this one up, and then we're gonna read it together. Okay, let's see here. All right, there we go. Okay, can you guys see that? All right, so okay, peptides that stimulate natural growth hormone release. Okay. Uh, let's see. Uh all right. Several uh growth hormone releasing peptides and growth home home, growth hormone releasing analogs can trigger your body to produce. Okay, so the key peptides, here we go. Okay, here we go. First one. CJC. Oh no, I'm sorry. First one is hypomorin, selective GH uh secret, secret Google, google guide. How it works binds GHSR1, uh, but only activates GH release pathway, avoiding appetite stimulation and unwanted hormonal side effects like cortisol or prolactin spikes. Best for lean mass fat loss recovery without hormonal chaos. Two, the second most popular one seems to be CJC1295. Okay. Produces short, sharp GH pulses mimicking natural physiology. In the DAC form, it has extends uh half-life to seven days, creating a steady bleed of GH for sustained IGF 1 elevation. Best for long-term IGF one effects of short-term natural whatever the fucking GH. Now, a lot of them I've noticed that a lot of people stack these together. Okay. All right, I'm I'm only gonna read the most commonly used ones here, okay? Uh some orlin. That's also a very uh act uh common one that people use. Uh gentle natural GH pulses, long-term safety profile. Best for GH deficiency treatment or long-term GH support. How it works. Oh no, this is uh HGH fragment. H fragment is mostly for uh fat burning, but it's uh it's it's not it's it's not the only reason I know more about HGH fragment is because I'm friends with Phil Clayhar and he uses it when he's competing. And um it's something that he adds to his stack, if you will, his fat burning stack, but it's not gonna burn fat like uh you know T3 or uh, you know, or um you know, actual growth home. Um so it's it's kind of like a good thing to like stack with, if that makes sense. But if you're looking to burn fat, you know, you you're better off with T3 or um what's the uh uh Jesus Christ. Not Jesus Christ. Uh can't think today. I'm having a brain fart. I apologize, guys. Or um oh god. All right, help me out, chat. What's the name of the uh asthma drug? Clombuterol. Sorry about that. Clombuterol, okay. It's not gonna burn fat like clombuterol, okay? Now all right. So here's the thing those those seem to be the most popular, okay? But I would like to know how much it actually releases, okay? Like how much does the CJC 1295 actually stimulate the release of growth? How does it how much does it actually stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone? Okay, so let's check it out. Uh how much GH is released when using CJC1295. Okay, let's see now. Okay, can you guys all see this? All right. Uh we are we already know long acting growth hormone releasing hormone. Uh let's see. Okay. Extended half-life from 30 minutes in the DAC form, it is six to eight days. Okay. Okay. GH uh release pattern. No sharp, uh uh unlike the no DAC version, which mimics natural GH pulses, CJC1295 DAC causes a constant moderate elevation. GH bleed effect, if you will, because it stays active for days. It can maintain GH above baseline. Above baseline could be anything, okay? The okay, a i IGF 1-elevation, IGF one elevation in clinical trials, single inch uh injection, CJC1295 DAC increased IGF one by 36 to 105% over uh six to eight days, which is great, right? I mean, compared to somebody who doesn't use the peptide. Uh dosing range uh 1,000 to 2,000 micrograms, frequency one to uh two uh injections per week. Uh a single injection can raise GH two to ten fold for six days, up to three fold for nine to eleven days. Okay. Key takeaway. When using CJC1295 DAC, you are not injecting injecting GH directly, you are stimulating your body to release its own GH over a long, steady period. This results in prolonged GH and IGF1 elevation compared to short-acting GHRH analogs uh with less pulsate release pattern. Okay. So uh what I'm trying to get at here, guys, what I'm trying to get at is, yes, Clint, thank you. I I've I had a brain fault. Sorry about that, man. Um what I'm trying to get at here, guys, is that I'm sure the peptides in trials work. But you're never gonna be able to convince me that it is one, more cost-effective, and two, you get the same results from regular synthetic growth hormone. Even if you take two units of growth hormone a day over a long period of time, okay, now which is a a minimal amount, even if you take that, that's still going to give you more growth hormone than a peptide, than CJC1295. You're still gonna get better results that with that. And and the the the other argument I'd like to make is that we know the research is out there. Well, that's that's the argument I'm making, Momo, okay. I understand that GH is expensive. These peptides are getting expensive too, okay? And and and another thing is if something is cheap, that should raise a red flag, okay? If something is cheap, that should raise raise a red flag. If you buy, if you get a kit of GH and you take two units a day, I mean that could last you, I mean eight weeks, ten weeks, give or take, okay? You're gonna get better results that way than using the peptide. And we all know that releasing growth hormone or using synthetic growth hormone, you're gonna have to stay on for a long period of time to see really true results. Okay? Um, you know, six months, a year, so on and so forth. So that's my that's that's my biggest argument. But let's let's look it up, let's check it out, okay? Okay, now uh GH releasing the peptide versus HGH. Okay? Here we go. Okay, synthetic somatropin, 191 amino acid. Everybody knows that that is uh human growth hormone, synthetic human growth hormone. Identical to natural growth hormone. When injected, it enters the bloodstream directly, raising GH levels without triggering the body's natural release process. GH releasing peptides, smaller molecules, ipomoralin, CJC 1295, that bind to receptors uh in the hippotalamus and the pituitaries, stimulating the release of GH in uh pulsatile patterns that mimic natural GH rhythms. Uh, how they affect the GH axis. Okay. All right. When you're using, we all, all right, when we're using HGH, see, but we know all these, right? We know the side effects of HGH. We know that it's a higher risk of insulin resistance. We know that it's also um that's also related to dosage. We know that it can give you jaw pain, also dose related, fluid retention, also dose related, uh, possible suppression of natural GH, also dose related. Um, when you're using anywhere from like two to four units of growth hormone, generally speaking, you're not gonna get those side effects and you're gonna get really good results. That has been my experience, okay. Now, now HGH is a hell is expensive if you get a pharmaceutical grade. We all know that um the people in the gym and uh the not so the not so good people, we all know those kind of people that could get this uh a lot cheaper. Okay, you get that a lot cheaper. Now you can go to a uh anti-aging uh clinic, uh GH clinic, and pay directly under a doctor's supervision, which would be the smarter thing to do. You can do that too, you know. Majority of people go through the black market and then they go to a clinician that knows about GH, um, like my doctor, right? Let's see. And here's another thing. If it was, if, if it works so well, why isn't it FDA approved yet? Okay, the peptides are not FDA approved for human use, sold for research purposes only. And then the HDH is a schedule three controlled substance in the US requiring physician oversight and DEA tracking. Okay. That's the thing. If there is if there are peptides, if there are drugs, and I'm not saying that this might not, this is my opinion today. My opinions can change in the face of facts, research, things change, okay? To me, that's what an intelligent person does. If the if if the if the FDA does not has not approved these peptides, not that it's not healthy, but what that says to me is it doesn't work well enough where the pharmaceutical companies are putting enough pressure on the FDA to make money on it. That's what it screams to me. Okay, because we all know that these pharmaceutical companies, money is their God, okay? And they will, if it works, if they throw, if if they do research and it works and um the pros outweigh the cons, you know they put pressure on the F on the FDA to approve these these drugs. It's just it is what it is. Okay, bottom line, HDH is direct direct replacement therapy, while GH releasing peptides are stimulation therapy. The choice depends on your goals, melancholines intolerance for side effects. Always consult a uh qualified healthcare. All right, so obviously um it's just giving you the difference. Let's see. So that is that's that's my that's kind of my take on it, guys. My take on it is just you. I don't like to jump, I'm not the type of person that jumps on the bandwagon and jumps on the new trend. Okay, and these peptides are so hot right now, everybody is jumping on it. Everybody, there's a peptide for everything, and everybody's jumping on it, and they don't do their research, and there's not enough research out there, and you don't know what you're putting in your body. You're going on what somebody tells you, you're going on what everybody else is doing, you're going on what uh what you read online. With things like synthetic gh, somatropin, synthetic somotropin, with things like that, the research is there for decades. It's there. You know what to expect, you know how to adapt and and monitor around what you need. You can go to a clinic, you can go to a uh a physician, he will tell you how much you want, how much you need for the goals that you need. He'll do it, take your blood work, and and he'll guide you. And to me, that's just smarter, and it's just um a smarter choice and a safer choice. Now, again, like I said, like I said before, we all know the guys that gets the stuff on the black market, and we all know people that do that, and so on and so forth, okay? Um, and yeah, you can get the stuff on the black market, and it'll be a lot cheaper. Uh, but then you know, you have the then you have to see, you know, is it real and is it really um uh 191 amino acid? You know, you I mean there are test kits and so on and so forth, but to me, you can't put a price on safety and you can't put a price on um health. So if I was really interested in using GH, I would probably go the route of going to a clinic, speaking to somebody. Um, because to me, you can't really can't put a price on on your on how safe and what you put in your body. I hate this whole I hate that people are sheep. The one thing that bothers me the most is is when people are sheep and they just jump on the bandwagon, like they just jump on. I gotta take this, I gotta take that. Everybody's taking it, I gotta jump on it. I mean, it's it's ridiculous. Why don't you, you know, I am of the opinion if it's not broken, don't fix it. If there are things out there that work and um And we have the research, and we could talk to doctors about it, and we could talk to really smart podcasters, not idiots, guys like Jason Owens, Paul Barnett, Almana DB, Dave Palumbo, and educate yourself on the on these on these drugs that have been around for decades upon decades. To me, that's the safer route. I mean, it look, there is no safe route, if that makes sense. To quote my friend Paul Barnett, uh, using anabolic steroids or using uh synthetic growth hormone, it's like riding a motorcycle. You're on two wheels, you might crash, you might go down, you know, but there are things you could do to try to ride safer: helmets, leather jackets, turn signals, riding with friends, so on and so forth, right? Don't ride like an idiot, but at the same time, it's kind of similar. It's like, okay, you you don't want to just start injecting yourself with things that you have no idea. Uh and it's just the smarter alternative. Okay, you don't want to be one of these dummies, one of these gym bros that just starts blasting away. And then the best part is you have guys that are using growth hormone and GH peptides. It's like, dude, Jesus, how much shit do you want to take? It's unbelievable. That's unreal. How much it's unreal, you know. I mean, I've talked to guys that dive, I'm on this and I'm on this, and I'm on this, and I'm on this, I'm on this. What am I missing? I'm like, why don't you try fucking figuring out your workout and your diet? Holy shit. The best analogy I ever heard, besides the motorcycle one for anabolics or anything like that, the best analogy was actually from a female bodybuilder. She was more of a mentor when I was young. Her name was Cassie. She was a great human being, she was a great bodybuilder too. Cassie Hornbuckle, I'll never forget her, Staten Island. She said to me, uh, anabolics is supposed to be like makeup. You just need a little bit to make yourself look a little nicer. That's it. And she said, You ever see a girl wears too much makeup? I went, Oh, yeah. She goes, It looks horrible. That's oh yeah. So that's basically what uh it comes down to. So, I mean, that's so we we looked up CJC 1295, we looked up IPO Moralin, we looked up some oralin. We know now how it operates, how it works. We know the dosage. Uh we know how you know how much it costs, uh, relatively coarse, right? I mean, I've seen these things uh, you know, anywhere from$80 to all the way$150 that you're not supposed to buy on the internet. That's and it's only supposed to be for research purposes only, which is how they get around it, right? Okay, because otherwise, I mean it is illegal uh to use it for on for for yourself, okay? But they get around it by saying for research purposes only, right? Guys, if it's cheap, if it's not FDA approved, if it's that easily available, if everybody's doing it, those are all red flags where it's like, maybe I should pump the brakes a little bit. Okay. Listen, when you're my age, all you really need is a little bit of test, a little GH, and discipline. That's what you need. Discipline. Get your ass to the gym, train hard, and um we you will see results. I guarantee it. Uh, let's see. Clinics do provide it uh for compounding pharmacy. Yeah, I I I know, I know. I've seen it. Uh, I've seen it. I don't know how they get around it, though. It's not FDA approved, so I don't know how they get around it. Um uh I haven't actually I haven't seen the no the that's the I haven't seen the growth hormone ones. I've seen the weight loss peptides at clinics, the retitrutide, the trisepatide, and of course, um, you know, the semaglutide everybody. But that semaglutide thing is FDA approved now. So uh I've seen that. I just you know to me, like I said, you can't you can't go with what we know. You can't go without what we know, if that makes sense. Go with what you know. Go with the devil that you do know as opposed to the devil that you don't know. Okay. Anyway, I hope that helped. I just want to break it down a little bit how these things work. I hope I wanted to break it down a little bit and give my opinion on um what uh I would do in that position. And you know, don't be stupid. Do do your research, listen to uh guys, listen to guys that are better than me. Go on Paul Show, Dave Palumbo, you know, Amon and uh King are great at this stuff. Um uh I mean you come on here, usually I have somebody with me. This this week I do not, but next week I probably will have uh, you know, Paul or hopefully Jason's feeling better and he'll be back. We'll see what happens. But for the most part, that's my opinion on it. And that's about it, guys. All right, I will see you guys soon later. Peace.
