Snyder’s Return:The replacement you have found, has sort of been working in a different section but you're able to find a candidate. You Dr. Walter Stephenson, the son of Steven excellent, Steven Stephenson. No, Walter Stephenson is the replacement. And while you have finished detailing Dr. Stevenson off your phone begins to ring
Dr. Henry Edwards:Dr. Edwards answers his phone and hold it to his face not wanting to get the blood on his hands on his ear or in his air. It says yes
Rafa:I need to I need an ambulance to the to the graveyard fuck
Dr. Henry Edwards:I'll be a graveyard soon.
Rafa:Yeah, I need to I need an ambulance or some extraction for a girl here in the junkyard like fast.
Dr. Henry Edwards:Is she like us or no?
Rafa:But she is involved in everything we call
Dr. Henry Edwards:for future reference. I am not 911 I will get you what you need. But you could have simply called emergency services directly. I will I believe did this happen during
Rafa:a car accident? More or less anyway? Yeah, we
Dr. Henry Edwards:are not currently in a situation where I ought to send someone to clean up the situation.
Rafa:I don't think that we need clean up but well you're in a junkyard but this poor girl was hit in the crossfire. More or less we are after the plague guys. We found them.
Dr. Henry Edwards:You do need cleanup.
Rafa:Just send the goddamn ambulance here and as fast as possible and we'll do the rest and take her to a trusted facility.
Dr. Henry Edwards:I see. Excellent. I will get on that. You're so nice. Thank you and he hangs up.
Iona Starling:Yeah. Is is
Dr. Henry Edwards:the doctor proceeds to call 911. As Raph probably should have just says that there's a girl who has been injured at the junkyard. She needs medical assistance.
Rafa:I thought you had some kind of special team
Dr. Henry Edwards:for excuse to disappear into a medical lab. If not you do not call me

Dr. Henry Edwards:if you if you want someone to come get the play A guy's fine. That's That's why you call me you do not call me to call an ambulance.
Snyder’s Return:It's very fair. It's very fair
Rafa:living and learning.
Snyder’s Return:We follow the blues and TOS the sirens of A. Panda Lauria health care healthcare, ambulances storms across the city. Moving out to the district where I owner and Rafi you are you can hear the the familiar sirens of an EMT EMT approaching are you hanging around?
Iona Starling:Is is Victor gone? Is he gone has even run off.
Snyder’s Return:They have all unless you're telling me you're going to sort of move with them or do something specific as you go to tend to to this young lady while you still can they have withdrawn
Rafa:Okay, yeah, I would as soon as I kind of get to the to the girl and I will try to signal to Iona to at least follow Victor for for a while to see where he runs off to. I don't want to to lose track
Iona Starling:on this plan anyway, she's probably going she's probably going to follow him at the very least.
Snyder’s Return:Alright, right. Are you staying in Dragon Form? Are you
Iona Starling:probably not great to do it? Follow after someone dragon. So I'm gonna say well, I'm being stealthy this time
Snyder’s Return:as you sort of revert to your form and you're able to sort of make your way through and sort of back onto the streets sort of hoping to pick up on Victor's trail, want a better description. You are able to you just pick up the last sort of flashes of movement from one of these probably the disorientated jock who's fallen a bit behind the grip even though they're trying to sort of move and move away and they seem to be heading back through not towards the household but more towards a different housing estate through Fitchburg and an off into wild knock.
Iona Starling:So I guess she'd follow them for as long as she can. Like that's, you know, when the girl is hurt, but she's with Rafa now, you know, the those ambulances coming the best thing you know, it'd be it'd be a waste of everything just just to drop the lead right now. So I guess she should follow them as far as you can until something happens either clear, they they're chasing her off or she she got something from them right.
Snyder’s Return:As you continue to follow refer the signs of the ambulance come louder. You can you can see it approaching at the end of the of the junkyard. Paramedics sort of bring out and start sort of running towards you and bringing their Gurney as the wrong word trolley with them. And start applying medical aid while you're sort of tied up into that. I don't know we'll come back to you in a second. Dr. Dre was down the hall where Latoya was dealing with Dr. Adams. You see what we see out of sight of everybody else. The door locked shutters sort of drawn on the windows to give some privacy. Latoya pulls up a previously unseen sort of string or thread from her neck. And she with one movement, lifts her own head from the neck. And she lifts the now removed head of Dr. Adams and places it on the stump and with a slight twist and a tap of the finger. You see thread starts to reconnect the neck. There's a strange smile that comes across the former Dr. Adams face as Latoya says, yes. Now I have all the information I need. What have you been doing since the phone call with refer? Why have you got changed yet?
Dr. Henry Edwards:Well, there's a certain amount of The doctor sees a certain amount of utility in making a point of what just happened. So, so offering a promotion to someone who will be replacing someone who has just murdered is it's worth making the point that if they disappoint him, there are consequences. At this point, he is probably going to get changed into a fresher wash his hands and get cleaned up. Otherwise, he is going to place a call to Mr. Hyde and say that his associates have located subjects afflicted by Dr. Drake's experiment. And there will likely be clean up required of those individuals. Whether or not Edwards assets can capture them in the first place.
Snyder’s Return:Hide still stood in Trinity Ark hospital, still with his grey suit and grey Fedora accepts less than graciously given his usual temperament. Yes, Dr. Edwards. Anything else I can do for you, Dr. Edwards.
Dr. Henry Edwards:That will be all for now.
Snyder’s Return:As you wish I'll stand the men up and have them prepared to move at your request
Dr. Henry Edwards:and move immediately. The the assets have priorities involving helping civilians at the moment so we want to ensure that these subjects are not lost.
Snyder’s Return:Understood doctor but all to get on that now. Man, he just hangs up. So we see hide emerge. He doesn't say much to the hospital staff just kind of meanders back out. And you can see him making his way to his vehicle and back across to helix HQ. Renzo, the Peruvian individual receives or makes a phone call. You quietly hear a phone going off in Dr. Adams office, Dr. Edwards.
Dr. Henry Edwards:Dr. Edwards returns to Dr. Adams office and answers the phone.
Snyder’s Return:The phone is as you enter his is being held by the now. We headed, shall we say? Latoya as she takes the phone. She sort of covers the mouthpiece and sort of Tilson says Dr. Edwards, I'm I'm just getting cleaned up involved. There was a few things I needed to verify first, but there should be up shortly. Would you mind if I take this in private?
Dr. Henry Edwards:I believe I would. Um, I have questions.
Snyder’s Return:Of course. Oh, one moment please. Doctor. I can't talk now. I need to clear up an item back into back into the office. Oh, cool. You can get to the warehouse. Yes, yeah. I get that sorted by and she clips the phone shocked because she's living 20 years behind everybody else with a flip phone and just put it in a pocket of her suit jacket. And she rather calmly places the case upon the upright now sort of righted table, clicks it open, revealing the two heads in the clean Bonesaw allow me and she pulls the thread and it starts one Ravel and she as smooth and as cleanly as almost like a dance. Snyder’s Return:While I am flattered by your offer, Dr. Woods. My expertise is not within the world of research. I am merely a headhunter, shall we say talent scout, I can provide you with the information. The display you have just witnessed has allowed me to gain the insight as to where Dr. Adams may have kept some of her other research. But I'm not enough myself a scientist. That is
Dr. Henry Edwards:fair. However, I could use a deputy department chief with skills beyond research. The issue with Dr. Adams, you see was that her ambition as a researcher outstripped her usefulness having a direct subordinate who can oversee the staffing and running of this department without such pettiness getting in the way it would be quite helpful, especially when that individual is capable of assimilating the information of those we may need to downsize.

Snyder’s Return:They say that you're told if you need to find a they are taking the this young lady to the hospital. They're taking her to the Santa Teresa Hospital in in cross end. So relatively close by not quite as prestigious as Trinity arc but it is a hospital nearby that potentially tend to her wounds and save her life. The centre today is a hospital in cross and

Snyder’s Return:So yes, the double act of of LaToya and Renzo have a very specific skill set.
Rafa:How much have you woven in this campaign from the books and how much as
Snyder’s Return:pretty much everything is is cherry picked out of. I've got all the district books, I've got shows and showdowns, the core book, The MC book, the various other cases, nicer pain town. So this is all lifted bit part. So so there's like, three or four stories running in tandem, but the overall arching story is to do with vector and once I finish there are now threads to pick up other cases depending on where you do where you do that works, what you do where you go and who you contact.
Rafa:Now it's it's great.
Snyder’s Return:I know you have been following Victor in this group through Fitchburg it's rundown, it's, there's, you know, rice asset for sale signs on a lot of the properties not all of them. It's not quite got to that point yet. But there's even here there's big signs, new development coming soon with sort of the rice assets logo. And you follow them through an entire wild knock. And and it's almost like where the Chang household is wasn't exactly, you know, the nicest area but there's like this steady progression into depravity is the wrong word, sort of a desolate place this, most of the shops here seem to be boarded up or or fortified. Housing appears to be more rundown. Virtually every house you've seen so far is either on the verge of falling on itself, or has a for sale sign outside of it. There are very few people out in the street, which makes this group of teens moving through all the more sort of weird they think in the now stand out even more because they are a small collective moving in a sense sparsely populated place that should have, there should be, you know, families getting ready for, for food and kids playing in the streets and maybe not in the traffic but you know, there should be life here and and if even to you under the darkness that sort of resides in you this feels draining almost like a negative impact as you step into this and through this district of Warnock. Again, they went through a couple of couple of streets and then we see a particularly derelict looking house that a bit like from the HitFilm whether the house is sort of decrepit, and fallen apart, I will show you a picture of the house we see. Yep, I see it, oh my god. So they have weaved their way through and and sort of moved even the right assets sign for sale sign has fallen to the floor, this the area you're in is in such a state of disrepair and sort of rundown. But at your distance, you can see that the move and they almost move in sequence, as they sort of fall into step behind Veta as they turn up the steps onto the porch and then into the house. And then the house the door is pushed closed. And all around you it's it's you can hear life in the city. But everything around here not necessarily just this house, but everything else around here feels absent, it feels quiet, it feels ominous, oppressive, almost.
Iona Starling:No takes a moment. She considers the building for a few minutes. Takes a deep sigh in and shakes her hands. be dumb to be stupid, all overwhelmed, on something, use it. And she she turns round and heads back towards the hospital.

Snyder’s Return:as you move away, you get the you get a feeling you're being watched, observed. And as you begin to move away, just appearing almost out of the shadows and at the windows of this this disgusting murky, dank and dirty house is the female form in a medical dress medical gown looking out through the window and out onto the street watching you leave behind her. The forms of the other teens the other kids with the exception of Victor seem to start to be forming into like a structure around her. Thanks for listening.
