He will go there, you will kind of go to a basement and talk to his contact or just enter to speak safe and inside of there, when he's once locked in he will tap into his mist and he will kind of summon the ball as a way to release stress. Send and have something to punch more or less because he is in a constant or in in turn our mental fight with the bull or with the minute TIROS very often. That's kind of how he learns how to keep it under control, and how to work

And and I know it's that's technically training her her mythos but the idea isn't that she's trying to strengthen it she's trying to control it which is which is an important difference for me.
