My name is Irene. I play I own a starling and she has a riff of the Shadow Dragon from Dungeons and Dragons.
Snyder’s Return:
With a spate of attacks across the city, we ask if this is just the tip of the spire or are we descending our way down the helix into more city wide problems. All this and more at 11 So Rafa, you had entered the house off the porch and in an into the interior, which is normally behind the front door of most boats. And as you're moving through the corridor, there was a noise coming from the, what you would know to be the living room from on the right hand side of the property. On that hallway. Dr. Edwards had moved into position with hide with a few of the other helix lab, black ops teams dispersed around the perimeter having sort of moved in position from their van. Once they had noticed movement inside Iona. You had taken a sort of an overwatch position flying around what seemed to be mostly ignored. Out here in the world NOC estate, you're all still sort of suffering or under the the influence of the hunger one status. And the interior of the house itself rather that you are standing within is dark and dank. So and refers you move to look inside the room, surrounded by a sphere, a living sphere of human forms, interlocking not melded into some sort of Stranger, sort of blob, but rather interlinked and interlocked was a revolving sphere surrounding a young lady in a hospital gown, eyes, Pitch Black Arms, the veins on both those that constitute the sphere, the orb, the ball, the globe, it has many words itself and the young lady you can see the black sort of track marks of the veins running up both arms and legs, where the skin is exposed. As it begins to sort of hand over hand almost roll and manipulate towards you as it's sort of moving through the room itself towards the doorway where you're at. You can see hands pushing against the soft surfaces, feet, pushing against the walls as it rotates, twists and contorts maintaining this orb type structure around the female form inside. It's getting closer and closer. Dr. Webb was at the back door his silhouette and shadow there. Just through the back past the kitchen. What are you doing?
Rafa:
It's coming towards me.
Snyder’s Return:
Waving towards you. Yes.
Iona Starling:
That's scary. That's terrifying. I just want to say that right now. I'd give up in there and be like yeah, that's someone else's issue.
Dr. Henry Edwards:
That's someone else's problem.
Rafa:
Yeah, I'm kind of thinking about how I'm going to react to this. It's, it's coming to me I see the doctor going behind. I do kind of want to talk. I can I want to I want to try to communicate and receive it straight up, doesn't try to kill me. On first glance, so Rafa will put his hands up up kind of shoulder high, and be like, wait, wait, wait, wait. I'm here to negotiate. And to talk, at least for a while before those other guys come in. And if we manage to get them the same common ground, maybe this entire house won't fall in itself like a house of cards. What's your name?
Snyder’s Return:
As you ask this question and this this construct is continuing to sort of close the space between you close the gap between you have
Rafa:
gone question Is there is there like a door
Snyder’s Return:
you are in the hallway there is there is no door in the doorframe, okay. So the doorway on this side is open the doorway on the room to your left is open, it's a corridor through to the kitchen and you can see the back door where a couple of your recognisable figures are taking place owner being a high above you clearly out of sight since she is exterior to the property proper. Okay, the exoskeleton effectively that surrounds the female form has the status tag.
Rafa:
It's a kid actually, there's like elementary school on my like next to me. Or children, I'm like half past nine, I'm going to
Snyder’s Return:
close my windows. It's strange that that sound has been made because as as this exoskeleton continues to move, manipulate, and wrangle its way through it has the story tag entangled as it is moving towards you. And as you say, wait. There is a whisper that hits the first voice right? And then it's replicated and kind of ripples round the sphere, becoming sort of more of a wave wave, we we wave and it begins to sort of envelop the sound and the room. You can see the female form inside sort of clenching their fists between the crossing of arm and leg that constitutes this exoskeleton gripping their fist almost screwing their face up as it rolls toward you and she says I can't as he rolls towards you and begins to fill that space immediately in front of the doorframe
Rafa:
could you sorry could you repeat it's it's stopped
Snyder’s Return:
it is now basically almost face to face with you the exterior surface of this exoskeleton and as it's rolling towards you and stopping hands solo start to sort of break free as though reaching in your general direction.
Rafa:
Okay, I don't know what to do it's it stopped me and I'm pretty much pissing my pants right now. Hi, I am Rafa. I don't want to hurt you and I also don't want to be hurt. If that's all right with you. Where which hospital did you come from? Were you also a victim from the the lab experiments from hex Corp or hex lab.
Snyder’s Return:
As you mentioned, the lab there is a the forming side. Veronica her face goes from sort of screwed up as though trying to block out the weight and as you mentioned lab horizon. Spring wide open as though sort of recalling some trauma. You can see it in her face the uncomfortability the whole exoskeleton ripples as though responding to this feeling this emotion she says not again not again. And as she puts her arm out in a sort of defensive way for five six sets of hands come racing out through the doorway as as they crossed that sort of threshold from the living room into the hallway where you are and reach out to grab you I need you to do a face Jane face danger against restrained three and infected three. Oh

Okay, I will use unbreakable body I will use superhuman strength. And I will use rearrange layout to kind of make a wall block the path. So that's three power and I have to beat something or do I have to
Snyder’s Return:
You're facing danger danger.
Rafa:
Okay, I will face danger with the power of three.
Snyder’s Return:
Okay, yay, yay. So describe how it is you stop these hands from grasping and pulling you in.
Rafa:
So my power is the labyrinth and its comes with being able to rearrange layouts not only in a metaphysical way but also physically. So basically a wall or a part from the wall kind of extrudes in front of the hand and it kind of bash the hand just bashes into the wall and makes kind of a half cover for me.
Snyder’s Return:
Right Do you shift the doorway itself down the wall just sort of replacing one section with another or do you sort of seal the grooming completely?
Rafa:
No, it just shifts stuff around a little bit I can still see the girl it just stopped the the arm or the arms from from reaching me.
Snyder’s Return:
Alright, with all this sort of movement that I'm in the sound of this exoskeleton sort of moving across the floorboards and creaking and crack cracking. Make sure I put a K and not a P there cracking into this newly placed masonary doctor was you and hide at the back primed and ready to move at any moment here this sort of impact of flesh on on wall it could be drywall but it's more likely to be brick load bearing the place would have fallen down otherwise. What are you doing outside at the rear of the property
Dr. Henry Edwards:
not being outside the doctor charges his enlarged shoulder down and in front of him and battering rams down the back door
Snyder’s Return:
All right, the door sort of given being a little bit weak on his hinges but just collapses and and almost splinters across the centre as your hefty form cracks through the door and kind of maybe even pushes the doorframe slightly as high as sort of follows him behind you where you go next rafter is pretty much immediately in front of you and all you can see is a small amount of wall but you can hear like that the sound of hands hitting like a solid surface the other side.
Dr. Henry Edwards:
Having broken the door down and seeing that Rafa is not in fact in the middle of a certain genre of Japanese animation steps aside and allows Hyde and his team to move in after

Iona Starling:
desire to see this from the Sky I assume you're not so far she
Snyder’s Return:
Biona you from your elevated position you might not see exactly what's happening in the middle of the house but something you've seen enough for Dr. Red was to be spooked and go in and you've seen hide move in and yeah I
Iona Starling:
assume as soon as she saw them go in she probably she probably tuck in the eyes and land to see what the hell's going on before she does anything else
Snyder’s Return:
do you land at the front or the back?
Iona Starling:
Front if that's where raw find her.
Snyder’s Return:
So, as you land and sort of are able to see into the house through into the hallway, you can see Rafa you can see the the larger shape of doctor was just stepped off to one side and you can the three of you now can see hide, sort of manipulate one of the weapons and he turns to you on his way past doctor, I was looking for confirmation. Am I cleansing the situation or are we detaining the situation?
Rafa:
If I hear it I will immediately shout detain detain detainee,
Snyder’s Return:
quiet civilian doctor, what is your orders
Dr. Henry Edwards:
detain ideally, cleanse if we must,
Snyder’s Return:
as you wish, Dr. Edwards. And you can see him immediately swing like the assault rifle the rapper and Iona you have seen them carry before under different circumstances, but that is slung to one side. And he draws a small canister grenade for one for bit description. But a stand back boy. And he rolls this thing in through and into into the mess that is this sort of what's left of the opening that you left open and the room itself and the the exoskeleton behind and he sort of stepped back and he tried to cracks his knuckles brings the rifle back round and sort of levels it ready to sort of move in if required, and you just hear as this gas starts to sort of fill and and some of it starts to spill back out into the into the hallway, the corridor where the two of you are or the three of you are but he's wearing a respirator. So I'd like to move you to face danger against being knocked out or knocked out five. As you can hear in the other side of the room, or the other side of the wall refer coughing and there's slapping and those things happening out of your sight. You can hear the whole thing sort of rolling and creaking across Iona for the first time properly. You can see what is now rolling towards the big bay windows they're covered in dirt but you can see the movement and you just see the Smash as arms and legs kick the windows out to try and sort of push the gas out did you guys roll off your face dangers? Rafa
Rafa:
I will use furious rage as a part tag and yeah that's pretty much it I will try to go out or go back at least a bit. Yeah face danger one power Yeah, I don't know. I'm finally I missed
Snyder’s Return:
earlier very fair. So referred where you'd sort of almost transfixed by both what the doctor has presented the conversate or the communications with hide as this grenade has bounced in you've almost sort of not clocked on to the fact that something could creep back out. And it starts to overcome your senses and you aren't you take the status or knocked out five and I owner, you see not only have you seen this array of hands and feet smashed out the glass here in the bay window at the front because of your sort of panned view of the situation. You see Rafa just go and hit the ground.
Iona Starling:
Is this thing like crawling out of the building or is it currently,
Snyder’s Return:
the moment is just smashing out windows, potentially to maybe circulate air? It's it's trying to sort of do something it's acting irrationally.
Iona Starling:
Okay, I
Snyder’s Return:
will come back to you in a second doctor.
Iona Starling:
No, no. Okay. So go ahead, Doctor. Sorry.
Dr. Henry Edwards:
So I've got my power tags selected. The doctor will be taking another hit of the serum Okay What weakness tags would you like me to select?
Snyder’s Return:
In this situation? Let's say the serum definitely. And I yeah, I say the serum Okay.
Dr. Henry Edwards:
Um some wild success
Snyder’s Return:
all right. Instead of knocked out five you take Woozi four. Okay, so owner you see Rafa just just crumpled basically in on himself almost to the to the ground you see the large frame of Dr. Edwards having to sort of take the serum out and rip like grip into the opposite wall just to say standing because it sounds epic if you do that, pushing his fingers into the masonary almost to to maintain a stood position hide is there with his weapon level but because of the obstruction that Rafa created with the wall, he can't get in easily at this point in time, which leaves you witnessing all of this unfolding in front view.
Iona Starling:
Okay, so she's going to change form All right, you know, we have this big blob of people, but um, you know, she is still bodyguard and she needs to drop her so she sits just for and she'll try and use shadow shapes slash tools to kind of create like a rope to drag him back outside away from the mist. Want to do that? And what should I roll for that?
